★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente péssima experiência com essa imobiliária. Foram displicentes para todos os problemas que precisei resolver. Na hora do resgate do título de capitalizão são muito enrrolados, estou ha 2 meses tentando resgatar o título e até hoje sem sucesso.
Fiquei no imóvel 2 anos, e tive vários problemas, dentre eles o gesso do banheiro despencou no início do primeiro ano da locação, pedi para resolverem, fiquei 2 anos sem o gesso do banheiro pois sempre tinham uma desculpa.
As funcionárias não conversam entre sí não ha comunicação entre elas, você fala o problema para uma e precisa falar tudo novamente todas as vezes que liga pois todas desconhecem seu problema. Se escolherem outra imobiliária terão menos dor de cabeça com certeza.
