A Suli tem uma sensibilidade imensa em entender a necessidade do cliente e se preocupa em disponibilizar aquilo que é o melhor para você. É extremamente nítido que o foco principal é o cliente e não o contrato. Em Lavras para gestão de imóveis para mim existe apenas um nome. Suli Imóveis. If it is not the best, it is among the best service I have ever had of service and mainly as a real estate agent, either as lessor or lessee. Suli has an immense sensitivity in understanding the customer's needs and is concerned with providing what is best for you. It is extremely clear that the main focus is the customer and not the contract. In Lavras for property management for me there is only one name. Suli Imóveis. Infelizmente, tive uma péssima experiência com a Suli Imóveis!
Imaginei que seria diferente, fiz todos os procedimentos necessários e aluguei um imóvel a distância, através de fotos no site e o WhatsApp da imobiliária, fui pra Lavras somente para realizar a mudança, cheguei e não era o apartamento das fotos que aluguei! E claro, não assumiram responsabilidade nenhuma, não arcaram com os prejuízos que eu tive com hotel, alimentação e transporte, tendo claramente que procurar outro lugar às pressas! Além do atendimento com arrogância e falta de educação, por parte da dita "responsável" pela imobiliária quando o proprietário não estava presente, o qual também nem se deu o trabalho de nos encontrar pra resolver o ocorrido!

I imagined it would be different, I did all the necessary procedures and rented a property from a distance, through photos on the website and the real estate agency's WhatsApp, I went to Lavras just to make the move, I arrived and it wasn't the apartment in the photos I rented! And of course, they didn't take any responsibility, they didn't bear the losses I had with hotel, food and transport, clearly having to look elsewhere in a hurry! In addition to the arrogance and lack of politeness service by the so-called "responsible" for the real estate agency when the owner was not present, who also didn't even bother to find us to solve what happened!
