★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do salão há alguns anos e tenho uma admiração especial pela qualidade de atendimento e gestão da Karla Ferrari. Além da comodidade do atendimento noturno e finais de semana, a qualidade dos serviços, em especial, o design de sobrancelhas com a Nanda é impecável. Também recomendo o Thiago (cabelereiro) e a Rosa (manicure).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no salão hoje (05/05/22) meu horário está marcado às 7:20 não chegou ninguém para me atender até as 8:00. Estava somente a moça da faxina quando estava indo embora chegou a dona ou gerente (ela não se apresentou) e ela me abordou falando que as manicures estavam atrasas por conta da chuva (chuva essa que não começou hoje) que eu poderia voltar depois. Não volto, não recomendo. Não tive nem um pedido de desculpa. Pelo que eu li alguns outros relatos isso é recorrente, então se o próprio salão não se preocupa com os clientes não gaste seu dinheiro lá.
 I went to the salon today (05/05/22) my appointment is at 7:20 and no one arrived to meet me until 8:00. There was only the cleaning lady when she was leaving, the owner or manager arrived (she did not introduce herself) and she approached me saying that the manicurists were late because of the rain (rain that did not start today) that I could come back later. I won't be back, I don't recommend it. I didn't even have an apology. From what I've read some other reports this is recurring, so if the salon itself doesn't care about customers don't spend your money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei pelo Google este salão, gostava dela pela praticidade de poder ir aos domingos, fui por algumas vezes até que no último dia 20/05 marquei e cheguei exatamente no horário. Recebi o cartão e a recepcionista chamou a manicure e fui sentar pra aguardar, fiquei por 10 min sentada e nesse intervalo mais uma vez fui até a recepção e a moça chamou a manicure novamente, passado 12 min levantei e fui embora. Enquanto estiver sentada outras duas clientes, conhecidas das manicures, foram chegando e sendo atendida. Ao meu ver, as manicures não tratam por igual as clientes, só atendem o chamado de primeira quando a cliente é conhecida. Enfim, fiquei muito chateada pelo desespeito.
I found this salon through Google, I liked it for the convenience of being able to go on Sundays, I went a few times until the last day 05/20 I made an appointment and arrived exactly on time. I received the card and the receptionist called the manicurist and I went to sit down to wait, I sat for 10 minutes and in that interval I once again went to the reception and the girl called the manicurist again, after 12 minutes I got up and left. While she was sitting down, two other clients, known to the manicurists, were arriving and being attended to. In my view, manicurists don't treat clients equally, they only answer the first call when the client is known. Anyway, I was very upset by the disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salão maravilhoso! Sempre sou bem atendida lá, os profissionais são muito educados e gentis. Atendem todos os dias da semana e com horários disponíveis até as 22:00. Gosto muito mesmo, faço cabelo, unhas, sobrancelha, tudo lá, e sempre saio satisfeita. Karlinha maravilhosa sempre me atende com um sorrisão no rosto e muita simpatia! Mas a melhor parte do salão é a Valentine, a mascotinha de lá, muito linda, cheirosa e boazinha, fica deitadinha na mesa recebendo todo mundo que chega. Podem ir de olhos fechados, recomendo demais.
Wonderful salon! I am always well attended there, the professionals are very polite and kind. They are open every day of the week and with hours available until 22:00. I really like it, I do hair, nails, eyebrows, everything there, and I always leave satisfied. Wonderful Karlinha always meets me with a smile on her face and a lot of sympathy! But the best part of the salon is Valentine, the pet there, very beautiful, fragrant and nice, she lies on the table welcoming everyone who arrives. You can go with your eyes closed, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionada com o salão. Foi a primeira vez (dia 05/02/2022) que eu fui e nao pretendo voltar. Agendei com um profissional e quando cheguei lá fui informada que o mesmo não estava no salão naquele dia. Era o dia da minha formatura e meu penteado estava agendado para 19:30 e ele só foi ser feito às 20:30. Várias clientes for agendadas para fazer penteado no mesmo horário! Conversei com a dona do salão e a mesma não soube me dar uma justificativa do motivo de terem varias clientes para fazer penteado no mesmo horario. No final o penteado foi feito de maneira apressada e eu quase perdi a maquiagem que estava agendada em outro local. Todo esse estresse no dia da própria formatura! E na hora de realizar o pagamento a dona do salão queria me cobrar um valor acima do que foi acordado (130 reais ao invés de 120 reais), sorte que eu tinha o registro da conversa no whatsapp com o valor que habia sido combinado. Não volto mais.
Very disappointed with the salon. It was the first time (02/05/2022) that I went and I do not intend to go back. I made an appointment with a professional and when I got there I was informed that he was not in the salon that day. It was my graduation day and my hairstyle was scheduled for 7:30 pm and it wasn't done until 8:30 pm. Several clients are scheduled to have their hair done at the same time! I talked to the owner of the salon and she didn't know how to give me a reason why they had several clients to have their hair done at the same time. In the end the hairstyle was done in a hasty way and I almost missed the makeup that was scheduled elsewhere. All that stress on graduation day itself! And when making the payment, the owner of the salon wanted to charge me an amount above what was agreed (130 reais instead of 120 reais), luckily I had a record of the conversation on whatsapp with the amount that had been agreed. I won't be back.
