Uma atendente olhou pra cara da outra que respondeu que era porque tinha acabado ser feito. Mas como, se a reserva era do dia anterior??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pela 1ª vez e já me arrependi... Paguei com cartão (sábado dia 28/10) para agilizar o despacho, o pagamento foi aprovado na hora e constava no meu login como pago... Hoje é quarta-feira e como não constava como postado, entrei em contato e a responsável disse que a administradora não havia dado baixa no meu paganento... Tudo mentira!
Conclusão... O que já era pra ter chego pq paguei sedex, nem foi postado. Hoje cedo ela disse que ia me enviar o código de rastreamento quando enviasse... Já anoiteceu de nada!!! Falta de caráter!!!!!! Sem credibilidade!!!!!!!!!!
I bought it for the 1st time and I already regretted it ... I paid by card (Saturday, October 28th) to expedite the order, the payment was approved on the spot and was on my login as paid ... Today is Wednesday and how not it was posted, I got in touch and the person in charge said that the administrator had not canceled my payment ... Everything was a lie!
Conclusion ... What was supposed to arrive because I paid sedex, it was not even posted. Earlier today she said she was going to send me the tracking code when she sent it ... It's dark at night !!! Lack of character!!!!!! No credibility !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sempre foi minha farmácia de manipulação, nunca tive problema, até hoje. Fiz um pedido ontem pelo whatsapp e não tive resposta, até então ok, afinal já era 18:00. Liguei hoje pela manhã para confirmar meu pedido e a atendente me disse que só ficaria pronto as 17:30, então falei que iria procurar outro lugar, pois tinha urgência no medicamento, ela me respondeu "ok" (pensei, está tão fácil assim conseguir clientes, para me dispensar desse jeito?). Logo em seguida, recebi uma msg no whatsapp dizendo que poderiam fazer para o meio-dia, confirmei a compra na hora, afinal, confiava nesta farmácia. Meio dia meu marido foi buscar os remédios, foi cobrado pelo valor total, mas ao chegar em casa eu percebi que um dos medicamentos não veio. Liguei na farmácia e uma atendente me disse que o entregaria na minha casa as 15:00, novamente eu concordei. Eu acabei saindo a tarde e fui me dar conta que a medicação não foi entregue só a noite, com a farmácia fechada. E agora? Muitos equívocos seguidos, não? Perderam uma cliente....

Soon after, I received a msg on whatsapp saying they could do for midday, I confirmed the purchase on time, after all, I trusted this pharmacy. Half a day my husband went to get the drugs, he was charged for the full amount, but when I got home I realized that one of the drugs did not come. I called the pharmacy and an attendant told me that I would deliver it to my house at 3:00 p.m., again I agreed. I ended up leaving the afternoon and I realized that the medication was not delivered only at night, with the pharmacy closed. And now? Too many misconceptions, right? They lost a client ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu por um acaso tô fazendo algum favor pra vocês em comprar de vcs ou estou incomodando em dar o meu dinheiro pra empresa de vcs?
O atendimento é péssimo. Me dirigi a loja e não tinha o produto. Esperei pq isso não é culpa de ninguém. A mulher disse que iria mandar me entregar. O pedido foi dado como entregue e eu não vi ele até agora.

Não atendem o telefone.
