★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior impossível. Os boletos nunca chegam atualizados e vc ainda pena para pagar. Enoabsirdo maior é vc ter q ouvir deles q é só depositar o valor. Aí vc quer adiantar mas perde tempo em fila de banco... Péssima administração.
Worst impossible. The billets never get updated and you still worth it to pay. So the biggest thing is that you have to hear from them just deposit the value. Then you want to get ahead but lose time in the bank line ... Poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dar 0? Fujam da GAO! Administração lenta, ineficiente e desrespeitosa. O início da relação já foi conturbada: o que foi acordado verbalmente, não foi cumprido no contrato. Ou seja, logo no início já foi necessário brigar e me indispor para que fosse cumprido o que foi acordado. A relação de confiança já se rompeu aí. Após, os boletos raramente chegavam a tempo. Se você precisar falar com eles, seja por e-mail ou telefone, tem que se preparar para esperar pelo menos uma semana para ter uma resposta. Por fim, depois de três anos alugando com eles e me aborrecendo todos os meses, estou avisando a minha saída do imóvel há três meses, e não obtenho nenhuma resposta. Não me ligam, não respondem e-mail. Você tem que ficar caçando eles, e quando te atendem, atendem mal. Fujam, é só dor de cabeça!

The beginning of the relationship has already been troubled: what was agreed verbally was not fulfilled in the contract. In other words, right at the beginning it was already necessary to fight and be indisposed so that what was agreed was accomplished. The relationship of trust has already broken there. Afterwards, boletos rarely arrived on time. If you need to speak to them, either by email or phone, you have to be prepared to wait at least a week to get an answer. Finally, after three years of renting with them and getting bored every month, I have been warning of my leaving the property for three months, and I don't get any answer. They don't call me, they don't answer e-mail. You have to keep hunting them, and when they serve you, they serve poorly. Get away, it's just a headache!
