Na venda são muito atenciosos, mas depois são horríveis.
Comprei um fiat Toro em fevereiro de 2021, até hoje estou com problemas sérios de documentação, inclusive passando danos morais em blitz. A cada dia que passa, eu tenho que entrar em contato e pedir pelo amor de Deus para que me deem atenção, eles simplesmente falam num tom como se estivessem fazendo um favor para o cliente e nisso, o problema continua se arrastando e eles "empurram com a barriga" e vão ganhando tempo. Fora os custos do IPVA que fora prometido por eles e depois de quase implorar por algo combinado, tive que pagar a metade. Coloquei GNV no carro e informei desde a compra que faria isso e até agora não consigo incluir no documento porque não resolvem essa documentação. Será que me venderam um carro irregular e estão contando história para ganharem tempo??? Lugar vergonhoso, bando de picaretas, principalmente o gerente contador de histórias, que promete as coisas e não cumpre e depois se omite e coloca outros para darem informações desencontradas !!!

They're very thoughtful when they sell, but then they're horrible.
I bought a Toro fiat in February 2021, until today I have serious documentation problems, including moral damages in blitz. Every day that goes by, I have to get in touch and ask for the love of God to pay attention to me, they just talk in a tone like they're doing the customer a favor and in that, the problem keeps dragging and they "push with the belly" and gain time. Apart from the IPVA costs that had been promised by them and after almost begging for something agreed, I had to pay half of it. I put CNG in the car and informed me since the purchase that I would do this and so far I can't include it in the document because they don't solve this documentation. Did they sell me an irregular car and are telling a story to buy time??? Shameful place, bunch of pickaxes, especially the storyteller manager, who promises things and doesn't deliver and then omits and puts others in to give mismatched information !!!
