Worst Internet provider I've ever used, don't fall for the contract scam folks, the internet isn't even for whatsapp... I turn on they don't do anything... horrible service too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a dois dias sem internet, toda hora que vc liga ficam só falando de daqui a 4 horas retorno e nisso já tem quase dois dias, eles vendem um plano de 100MB mas não chega nem 30MB olhe lá quando chega isso
I've been without internet for two days, every time you call they just talk about coming back in 4 hours and it's been almost two days now, they sell a 100MB plan but it's not even 30MB, look when that arrives

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet mais fora do que funcionando, atendimento de péssima qualidade de todos os funcionários da empresa, nao sabem dar informação, não auxiliam em absolutamente nada e só sabem repetir frases prontas, valor absurdo pra pessima qualidade que possuem. Aos que ainda não fecharam contrato, não assinem será a pior decisão de suas vidas. Dos últimos 5 dias só tive internet em 2, só pra terem uma ideia e nesses dois dias não abria um video sequer, utilizável apenas pra mandar mensagem no whatsapp e olhe lá.
Internet more out than working, poor quality service to all employees of the company, they do not know how to give information, do not help at all and only know how to repeat ready-made sentences, absurd value for the terrible quality they have. For those who have not signed a contract, do not sign it will be the worst decision of their lives. Of the last 5 days I only had internet on 2, just to have an idea and in those two days I didn't open a video, usable only to send a message on whatsapp and look there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet péssima.. falta de assistência... e o atendimento da empresa os piores q já vi... são mtas frases feitas .. Valor caríssimo pra falta de qualidade... e vc paga e nunca tem internet pq todos os dias o sinal fica caindo e a pessoa precisa tá se humilhando em tentação de ligar pra empresa e eles com frase feita diz q é problema técnico q precisamos esperar 4 horas... isso é todos os dias essa novela... Não recomendo.
Terrible internet... lack of assistance... and the company's service the worst I've ever seen... there are many phrases made... Very expensive value for the lack of quality... and you pay and never have internet because every day the signal keeps dropping and the person needs to be humiliating themselves in the temptation to call the company and they say it's a technical problem that we need to wait 4 hours... this is this soap opera every day... I don't recommend it.
