★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no horário , profissionais capacitados mas o que me chamou mesmo a atenção foi o atendimento da recepcionista da clínica . Enquanto eu aguardava uma paciente ligou para saber se havia um convênio , ela disse que não mas iria se informar com mais precisão , ligou para o plano e ligou para a paciente com tanta educação que fiquei surpresa . Nos dias de hoje que as pessoas não se interessam muito por nada , foi admirável!!!
Service on time , trained professionals but what really caught my attention was the service of the receptionist at the clinic . While I was waiting, a patient called to find out if there was an insurance company, she said no but would find out more precisely, called the plan and called the patient with such politeness that I was surprised. These days when people are not interested in anything, it was admirable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTÁSTICO O ATENDIMENTO DESDE A RECEPÇÃO, PASSANDO PELO PREPARO ATÉ O EXAME DE ENDOSCOPIA. Levei meu pai de 88 anos p fazer endoscopia, ele saiu de lá radiante e c ótimo humor. Toda a equipe é maravilhosas, c atendimento humanizado, e muita simpatia. Dra. Ana Lúcia é uma médica especial.

FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTION, THROUGH THE PREPARATION TO THE ENDOSCOPY EXAM. I took my 88-year-old father for an endoscopy, he came out of there radiant and in a great mood. The entire staff is wonderful, with humanized service, and a lot of friendliness. Dr. Ana Lúcia is a special physician.
