Exame agendado tem que ser pontual.
Falta respeito e consideração.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ realmente, concordo com algumas opiniões. fiquei mais de 30 min no telefone e ninguém atendeu, via whatsApp vc tem que preencher um questionário e só te retornam 2 dias depois, como acabei de mandar agora, ainda não sei como será esse retorno.
Acabei de receber uma ligação de lá., mais ou menos 1 h depois de comentar aqui, porém, a atendente bem "seca", me informou que eu deveria responder a um questionário antes de agendar o exame. Falei que já respondi pelo WhatsApp e ela disse que era impossível ter feito por lá. Pois bem, entrei onde ela mandou e o questionário é EXATAMENTE o mesmo. Falta de informação total

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção horrível. As atendentes e os medicos são enrolados. Tudo atrasado. As pessoas chegam no horario marcado e são atendidas 1h30m depois. Chegam na clinica e só colocam no sistema 30m depois, sabe-se lá o porque. Fiquei nesse lugar 4h para um simples exame de imagem que dura de 15 a 20m. Se puder e tiver tempo, marquem em outro lugar !!!
Horrible reception. The attendants and doctors are rolled up. Everything delayed. People arrive at the scheduled time and are served 1h30m later. They arrive at the clinic and only put it in the system 30m later, who knows why. I stayed in that place 4h for a simple image exam that lasts from 15 to 20m. If you can and have time, book somewhere else !!!

A ENFERMAGEM (DEVE SER DO HOSPITAL SANTA LÚCIA, A ENFERMEIRA LETÍCIA,"PEGOU" MINHA VEIA DE PRIMEIRA
ATENDEU MEU PEDIDO DE NÃO PROCURAR NOS LOCAIS TRADICIONAIS, POIS FIZ VÁRIOS EXAMES E O DE ENDOSCOPIA, O PROFISSIONAL QUE TENTOU ENCONTRAR MINHA VEIA FUROU-ME TRÊ VEZES E ESTOUROU UMA VEIA. TEVE QUE CHAMAR OUTRA PROFISSIONAL (NO HOSPITAL SÃO CARLOS).
SÓ TENHO A RECLAMAR DO ACOMPANHAMENTO DURANTE A ESPERA PARA CLAREAR AS FEZES.... ENTREI NO HOSPITAL ÀS 7h E O PROCEDIMENTO SÓ SERIA À TARDE. NÃO ME IMPORTEI DE FICAR SEM ME ALIMENTAR, POIS JÁ REALIZEI VÁRIOS E SEI QUE AS FEZES TÊM QUE FICAR CLARAS COMO A URINA. RECLAMO DE NÃO TER UMA AUXILIAR DE ENFERMAGEM, POIS MEU FILHO FOI QUE ME LEVANTOU TODAS AS VEZES E ME LEVOU AO BANHEIRO. DURANTE SEUS HORAS. FALHA DO HOSPITAL, JÁ QUE O PROCEDIMENTO FOI FEITO FORA DA ENDOVEAW LEBLON, DE ONDE FOI A EQUIPE.
O COBERTOR DO HOSPITAL ERA DE ' 'ÚTIMA' NEM VOU DIZER O QUE ACHEI. PORÉM A COMIDA LEVADA PARA O ACOMPANHANTE ERA EXCELENTE. E A SOPA DE LEGUMES PROCESSADA QUE VEIO PRA MIM ESTAVA EXCELENTE. SÓ NÃO PUDE TOMAR TODA POR QUE ESTAVA COM MUITOS GASES.

NURSING (MUST BE FROM SANTA LUCIA HOSPITAL, NURSE LETICIA "CATCH" MY FIRST VEIN
HE ANSWERED MY REQUEST NOT TO LOOK IN TRADITIONAL PLACES, BECAUSE I DID SEVERAL EXAMS AND THE ENDOSCOPY, THE PROFESSIONAL WHO TRIED TO FIND MY VEIN PIKED ME THREE TIMES AND A BURNED VEIN. HAD TO CALL ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL (IN HOSPITAL SÃO CARLOS).
I ONLY HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOLLOW-UP DURING THE WAITING TO CLEAR THE FECES.... I ENTERED THE HOSPITAL AT 7:00 AM AND THE PROCEDURE WOULD ONLY BE IN THE AFTERNOON. I DON'T CARE TO STAY WITHOUT FOOD, BECAUSE I'VE MADE SEVERAL AND I KNOW THAT THE FECES HAVE TO BE CLEAR LIKE URINE. I COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT HAVING A NURSING AID, BECAUSE MY SON WAS THE ONE WHO UP UP EVERY TIME AND TAKE ME TO THE BATHROOM. DURING YOUR HOURS. HOSPITAL FAILURE, AS THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE OUTSIDE ENDOVEAW LEBLON, WHERE THE TEAM WAS FROM.
THE HOSPITAL BLANKET WAS 'LAST' AND I'M NOT GOING TO SAY WHAT I THINK. BUT THE FOOD BROUGHT TO THE COMPANION WAS EXCELLENT. AND THE PROCESSED VEGETABLE SOUP THAT CAME TO ME WAS EXCELLENT. I JUST COULDN'T TAKE IT ALL BECAUSE I HAD A LOT OF GASES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom...Me tratei em 2017 e naquela época era muito boa. A qualidade de atendimento caiu muito. Estava marcada hoje às 8.30 hs para fazer uma endoscopia. Depois de 40 minutos esperando, fiz o exame com outra médica, pois a minha estava “atrasada” (?) . Ao final do exame fui informada que minha médica já havia chegado. Pedi para falar com ela, para saber do exame. Esperei meia hora, ela não apareceu, fui embora sem saber do meu estado de saúde. Terei que agendar outra consulta (com outro médico, pois esta “já deu”). Não recomendo!

After waiting 40 minutes, I took the exam with another doctor, as mine was “late” (?) . At the end of the exam I was informed that my doctor had already arrived. I asked to speak with her, to find out about the exam. I waited half an hour, she didn't show up, I left without knowing my health. I will have to schedule another appointment (with another doctor, as this one “has already worked”). I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fiz exame nessa clínica, realizei o agendamento de exame de imagem com aproximadamente 15 dias de antecedência, passei o número da carteira do convênio o nome da rede e fiz o agendamento. Meu exame seria realizado na sexta feira as 09:00 da manhã, me avisaram na quinta feira as 19:00 que o convênio negou autorização me fizeram perder tempo ligando no convênio que me informou que provavelmente o código do exame solicitado estava errado, entrei em contato com a clínica eles disseram que tentaram novamente e as quase 20:00h me disseram que realmente não atendem a minha rede. Um absurdo iniciei toda preparação para o exame, não procurei outra clínica para agendar o exame acreditando que estava tudo certo e me avisam na noite de véspera que não são credenciados para minha rede. A minha reclamação além do Google vai ser feita a Operadora de Saúde com avaliação negativa do prestador credenciado pois o mínimo é saber qual rede a clínica está habilitada a atender e informar isso na hora do agendamento e não na véspera do exame.

Ontem fiz uma colonoscopia com dr Luciano Abdalla tb excelente! Elogio a enfermeira Tamires que me acompanhou no day clinic. Excelente: super delicada, educada, atenciosa, eficiente.

Yesterday I had a colonoscopy with Dr Luciano Abdalla, also excellent! I commend the nurse Tamires who accompanied me to the day clinic. Excellent: super delicate, polite, attentive, efficient.
