★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei meu marido que tinha horário marcado para 10:40 e foi atendido as 12:30, estando em jejum de mais de 24 horas. Ele contou que a sala onde foi feita a colonoscopia estava suja, material usado pelo chão, se trocou na sala de repouso, enfim, extremamente pouco profissional .
Não indico essa clínica
Não teria dado nem uma estrela.
I accompanied my husband who had a schedule scheduled for 10:40 and was attended at 12:30, being fasting for more than 24 hours. He said that the room where the colonoscopy was done was dirty, material used on the floor, changed in the rest room, in short, extremely unprofessional.
I do not report this clinic
He would not have given a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Fui realizar pela primeira vez um exame de colonoscopia nesta clínica q se diz bem avaliada! Após um preparo exaustivo de mais de 24 hrs em jejum e tomando remédios laxativos, compareço no HR solicitado ocorrendo um atraso de mais de uma HR para a realização do exame! Já me sentindo cd vez mais fraca e insegura entrei na sala do procedimento, a médica permaneceu de costas sem sequer dar um bom dia! E qd eu questionei se teria q tomar algum medicamento após o procedimento pois observei q o paciente anterior saiu gemendo de dor ,ela só respondeu que algumas pessoas forma gazes ..a enfermeira sem tato algum pediu p esticar o braço sem apoio e sem um suporte de braço..após espetar a agulha em minha mão não conseguiu pegar a veia alegando ser culpa minha ! disse q não fechei a mão direito! Um absurdo! Eu q já estava insegura tomei a decisão de não realizar o exame com profissionais q não me inspiraram nenhuma confiança e respeito!
O Proprietário desta clínica deveria ser mais atento aos funcionários q ali trabalham sem respeito algum pelos pacientes ! ou talvez não gostem de trabalhar aos sábados! Dei MT azar! Perdi TD o preparo do exame ,estou com a mão inchada mas com a certeza de não sofrer piores complicações durante o exame c tais profissionais!
Bad experience! I went for the first time to have a colonoscopy exam in this clinic that says it is well evaluated! After an exhaustive preparation of more than 24 hrs on an empty stomach and taking laxative remedies, I show up at the requested HR with a delay of more than one HR to perform the exam! Already feeling weaker and more insecure I entered the procedure room, the doctor remained on her back without even having a good day! And when I asked if I would have to take any medication after the procedure because I observed that the previous patient came out moaning in pain, she only replied that some people were gauzy. arm..after sticking the needle in my hand he couldn't get the vein claiming it was my fault! I said I didn't close my right hand! Absurd! I was already unsure I made the decision not to take the exam with professionals who did not inspire me with any confidence and respect!
The owner of this clinic should be more attentive to the employees who work there without any respect for the patients! or maybe they don't like working on Saturdays! I was unlucky! I missed TD exam preparation, my hand is swollen but I'm sure I won't suffer any worse complications during the exam with such professionals!
