★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha consulta marcada para dia 23/03/18, sexta-feira passada, às 10h30. Cheguei no horário, esperei até 12h20 e NADA. Fui embora sem me consultar pois tinha que retornar ao trabalho. No mesmo dia vi um paciente dependente de hemodiálise esperar mais de 2 horas para ser atendido, sem falar no fato de terem passado um representante de laboratório na frente desse mesmo paciente. Total falta de respeito com quem MARCOU HORÁRIO e não está ali de graça!
He had an appointment scheduled for 23/03/18, last Friday, at 10:30 am. I arrived on time, waited until 12:20 pm and NOTHING. I left without consulting myself because I had to return to work. On the same day I saw a patient on hemodialysis waiting more than 2 hours to be seen, not to mention the fact that a laboratory representative passed in front of that same patient. Total lack of respect with those who BOOKED and are not there for free!
