Fora as atendentes nada educadas.

â â â â â ExperiĂȘncia horrĂvel.! Como procedimento de segurança o meu convĂȘnio envia uma mensagem com um cĂłdigo de confirmação para a consulta. PorĂ©m dentro da clĂnica estava sem sinal de internet para receber este cĂłdigo, entĂŁo fui obrigado a sair pelo prĂ©dio atĂ© que eu conseguisse o sinal para receber o token. A secretaria informa que nĂŁo possui Wi-fi e que eu nĂŁo seria atendido sem esse cĂłdigo. NĂŁo se iluda com a bela sala de espera, pois a falta de consideração e respeito que muitos sofrem na rede pĂșblica aqui na GastroSinais tambĂ©m Ă© uma prĂĄtica.
Horrible experience.! As a security procedure my agreement sends a message with a confirmation code for the consultation. But inside the clinic I had no internet signal to receive this code, so I had to leave the building until I got the signal to receive the token. The office informs that it does not have Wi-Fi and that I would not be answered without this code. Do not be fooled by the beautiful waiting room, as the lack of consideration and respect that many suffer in public here at GastroSinais is also a practice.
