Marquei uma visita para o mesmo dia e fui atendida pelo Caio, excelente profissional que de imediato verificou o problema da máquina e já tirou todas as minhas dúvidas. O prazo do conserto foi atendido antes da data que o técnico havia previsto e o preço abaixo do mercado, pois eu já havia cotado antes.

I had a problem with my LG washer and dryer, I searched on Google and found the company Gelamarq. I scheduled a visit for the same day and was attended by Caio, an excellent professional who immediately checked the problem with the machine and answered all my doubts. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Lava e seca não estava drenando a água, entrei em contato com a gelarmaq através do whatsapp e fui atendido pelo Caio, que me instruiu a drenar a água através da mangueira do filtro, e abrir o filtro para limpeza, não imaginei que fosse algo no filtro pois tem 2 semanas que fiz a limpeza dele, pensei que fosse algo na eletrobomba ou placa, mas quando abri um pedaço de tecido dentro do filtro que acredito que estava impedindo o funcionamento da eletrobomba( mas isso é o que eu acho RS) enfim apenas com uma dica simples pelo whatsapp app resolvi meu problema, muito obrigada pelo atendimento Caio, eu recomendo essa empresa
My Lava and Dry was not draining the water, I contacted gelarmaq through whatsapp and was attended by Caio, who instructed me to drain the water through the filter hose, and open the filter for cleaning, I did not imagine it was something in the filter because it's been 2 weeks since I cleaned it, I thought it was something in the electric pump or plate, but when I opened a piece of fabric inside the filter I believe it was preventing the electric pump from working (but that's what I think lol) anyway, just with a simple tip through whatsapp app I solved my problem, thank you very much for the service Caio, I recommend this company
