★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet cai umas 3x por semana e é difícil conseguir falar com a assistência técnica. Agenda-se um serviço com data e hora marcado e eles não só tentam fazer em outro horário antes como simplesmente tiraram da agenda o original. Muito desorganizado! Serviço péssimo
 Internet drops about 3x a week and it is difficult to be able to speak with technical assistance. A service with a scheduled date and time is scheduled and they not only try to do it at another time before, but simply removed the original from the agenda. Very disorganized! Lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet que já vi não assinem,e o atendimento é péssimo e mentiroso também,hoje eu liguei para lá porque a internet estava apenas com 80mbps e eu pago 100,eles arrumaram e ficou com 96mbps logo depois que desliguei ela foi pra 70mbps
Worst internet I've ever seen don't subscribe, and the service is terrible and liar too, today I called there because the internet was only 80mbps and I paid 100, they got it and it was 96mbps right after I hung up it went to 70mbps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você atrasa poucos dias para pagar eles já cortam a internet, sendo que após apagar atrasado você já tem q pagar os juros, falta de respeito com os consumidores.
If you are a few days late to pay, they cut off the internet, and after deleting late you already have to pay the interest, lack of respect with consumers.
