★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired G-Inter for a move from Houston, TX to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (pre-pandemic). There were so many problems, I could write a book. Several fragile items were poorly packaged which resulted in them being broken beyond repair. The lack of organization and respect for the customer is shocking. We received items that did not belong to us and G-Inter made no effort to fix this issue as they literally said "it's not our problem now". This company is awful and I hope to God no one is unfortunate enough to hire G-Inter for their move. Moving to a different country is already difficult enough, but G-Inter will make sure it becomes even more difficult. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would.
