I had two experiences, one at the store where the service was excellent and the other with delivery. My snacks arrived warm, very well packaged and within the agreed time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que comprei eu adorei o comprometimento e a entrega foi perfeita. Quando eu planejei fazer uma festa, logo pensei em comprar no mesmo lugar aonde fui bem recebida. Estava tudo combinado sendo que no dia anterior eu comuniquei confirmando da entrega no dia seguinte sendo que me foi respondida que não ia poder entregar em nenhum horário pois não ia está por aqui e o pior é que ficou por isso mesmo. Fiquei chocada porque não acreditei que aquilo estava acontecendo já que eu conhecia o atendimento que foi totalmente diferente do que me foi prestado no dia da primeira entrega. Ainda bem que pagaria na hora. TÔ MUITO DECEPCIONADA porque não fizeram nem questão de entrar em contato sendo e marcar outro horário da entrega. Espero que não aconteça com mais ninguém porque é horrível. NÃO MERECE NENHUMA ESTRELA. Péssimo.
The first time I bought it I loved the commitment and the delivery was perfect. When I planned to have a party, I immediately thought of shopping at the same place where I was well received. Everything was agreed and the day before I communicated confirming the delivery the next day and I was told that I wouldn't be able to deliver at any time because I wasn't going to be here and the worst thing is that that's what it was. I was shocked because I didn't believe it was happening as I knew the service was totally different from what I was given on the day of the first delivery. I'm glad I'd pay right away. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED because they didn't even bother to get in touch and schedule another delivery time. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else because it's horrible. DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STAR. Terrible.
