★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi sem dúvida a pior imobiliária com a qual já fiz locação de imóveis, a proprietária é uma pessoa grossa e sem educação, quando vamos alugar falta beijar seus pés, mas depois que vc está com contrato assinado as coisas mudam muito. Não indico pra ninguém, todas as vezes que me mudava de uma casa alugada a própria imobiliária ficava responsável por fazer a troca de titularidade das contas, ela não quis fazer e ainda dificulta tudo.

Fazem contratos errados, inventam regras e não seguem o que escrevem no contrato. A vistoria que fizeram no imóvel foi péssima, incompleta e errada.
Sequestraram a chave do imóvel e só liberaram depois que eu, o locatário, fiz o seguro com eles.
A proprietária é mentirosa, não sabe ler e-mails e a todo momento nos ameaçava, por escrito, dizendo que se não quiséssemos alugar o imóvel para avisar logo que ela teria pra pessoa. Provavelmente estava recebendo propina.
Enfim, fujam. Não coloquem imóveis para alugar com eles e se puder, não alugue imóveis que estão com eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que já conheci...contratei um serviço de documentista e me cobraram 10.000...tive que pagar para honrar o contrato que assinei por má fé. São muito atenciosos para vc cair na rede e depois dar o bote.Sem ética e profissionalismo...A minha escritura desde de maio ainda não recebi e foi prometida para entrega em 15 dias.Receberam os 10 mil sendo que cobram em torno de 1200 , isso descobri depois com a própria proprietária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Protestos indevidos , se nega a resolver os problemas que a própria Meire Cavalcante cria . Recebe aluguel , deve para depositar na conta , pior nunca emite boletos , tem que ficar pedindo por favor manda o boleto , se não depois cobra multa e da uma de desentendida que não foi cobrado os boletos .
Tudo tem que ser tirado print de mensagem arquivado , pois fica enrolando e não soluciona o que é necessário. Já fez 2 protestos indevidos em meu nome é se negou a arcar com tudo , até mesmo reconhecer firma de carta de anuência, sendo que a imobiliária que fez errado .
Mente dizendo que é o banco que faz sem ela saber e eu agora que me vire com custos de tudo , cartório ... firma e o que tiver .
Não façam negócios com a Meire e a imobiliária. Péssimo ... péssimo !!!
