Meu produto deu entrada no depósito do RJ no dia 05/09/2018 com prazo de entrega até 18/09/2018 e postergaram para 24/09/2018 até hoje dia 27/09/2018 não me entregaram, ligo o dia todo e não consigo att, digo no dia 25 me atenderam e deixaram aguardando na linha até eu cansar e desligar. Péssimo atendimento.
 No stars. My product was placed in the RJ warehouse on 09/05/2018 with delivery deadline until 09/18/2018 and postponed until 09/24/2018 until today 09/27/2018 they did not deliver me, I call all day and I can't att, I say on the 25th they answered and left me waiting on the line until I got tired and hung up. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha mercadoria foi entregue para outra pessoa, me enviaram um comprovante de recebimento assinado por outra pessoa, com um número de documento desconhecido.
Liguei para o telefone para localizar a mercadoria, falei com a atendente expliquei a situação a mesma iria me transferir para uma pessoa responsável a qual desligou o telefone sem me atender.
Liguei novamente ninguém me atendeu, péssima experiencia.
Como podem entregar algo no endereço errado, ou sei lá o que aconteceu para minha mercadoria ter sumido.
Não RECOMENDO NUNCA
Bad service, my goods were delivered to someone else, they sent me a receipt signed by someone else, with an unknown document number.
I called the phone to locate the goods, I spoke to the attendant and explained the situation, she would transfer me to a responsible person who hung up the phone without answering me.
I called again no one answered, bad experience.
How can they deliver something to the wrong address, or whatever happened to my goods being gone.
I NEVER RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu produto comprei pelas lojas americanas, e essa pessima transportadora, colocou como entregue, como assim? Estou em casa, nem tocaram aqui, e nao atendem ao telefone, estou processando essa epresa, tenho certeza com tantas recalamacoes, vai falir.
My product bought by American stores, and this terrible carrier, put it as delivered, what do you mean? I'm at home, they didn't even ring here, and they don't answer the phone, I'm suing this company, I'm sure with so many complaints, it's going to fail.

E cuidado com o site madeira madeira, pegam o dinheiro e somem no mundo. Realmente, qnd a esmola é demais, o santo têm que desconfiar. Para realizar estorno eles pedem 5 dias úteis, depois pedem mais 5, não contentes com a incapacidade de realizar, pedem mais 10 ... e o dinheiro até agr nada.

Estou entrando com procon e processo. Quero que provem, que eu assinei, nao tem minha assinatura. Como as empresas podem contratar o servico dessa empresa? Lamentavel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem sucesso na entrega da minha mercadoria, pois tinha gente em casa, mas o pessoal da entrega alegou que não tinha ninguém e eles ainda deixaram colado no meu portão um adesivo com os números de telefone para que pudéssemos entrar em contato, para estarmos agendando um outro dia e horário, mas infelizmente sem sucesso com as ligações, simplesmente ninguém atende, vários e-mails que não são respondidos. Péssima experiência. Aguardando contato, por gentileza. E pra postar a mensagem ainda tem que clicar uma estrela.
