comprei 5 rolamentos...
mas infelizmente 01 estava com defeito...
o rolamento vem embalado em um plastico lacrado e nao tem como testar antes de comprar...
ao tentar fazer a troca, o vendedor foi extremamente arrogante, falando que ele me vendeu o produto lacrado e que agora o problema é meu...
Lamentavel um comercio aberto ao publico tratar o cliente dessa forma e rasgando o codigo de defesa do consumidor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, fiquei muito decepcionado eu moro em Aparecida meu carro quebrou em guarulhos estourou rolamento da roda traseira fui até essa loja comprar o rolamento levei a amostra rolamento 32007 o vendedor conferiu e disse que tinha comprei 12:00 de sexta feira, no fim da tarde o mecânico foi colocar o rolamento era 32008 não entra, a loja não abre sábado vou ter que pagar hotel até segunda feira por causa da falta de atenção da loja, ou vou ter que comprar sábado cedo em outra loja e tomar 160,00 de prejuízo pois a loja não emite nota fiscal nem um recibo foi me dado confiei na palavra do vendedor, não recomendo a ninguém comprar lá, fiquei numa situação muito ruim por causa da falta de atenção, eu como sou leigo apenas confiei no atendendo que já tem certa idade e aparentava ser o dono da loja devido a experiência dele nem questionei, me arrependi amargamente.
Por fim voltei lá na segunda feira fui questionado do porque eu havia feito esse comentário, só falei o que realmente aconteceu.
Enfim eu paguei por um rolamento de primeira linha SKF paguei 80,00 em cada e na trica foi me dado um de marca totalmente desconhecida MCB nunca ouvi falar mas o vendedor disse que e primeira linha e até mais caro, e que ia ficar elas por elas, depois pesquisei no mercado em outras lojas e a informa que foi dada e que se trata de uma marca boa mas não com mesma qualidade SKF e bem mais encontra que SKF, mas uma vez me senti péssimo e lesado.

Anyway I paid for a first-rate SKF bearing, I paid 80.00 each and in trica I was given a totally unknown brand MCB I never heard of but the seller said that it is first line and even more expensive, and that they would stay for them, then I researched the market in other stores and informs her that it was given and that it is a good brand but not of the same SKF quality and much more than SKF, but once I felt terrible and injured.
