Comprei rolamentos como originais, porém são falsos. A própria SKF me confirmou a que não eram GENUÍNOS. Eles não tem garantia alguma. Dizem que tem nota fiscal de compra pra comprovar autenticidade, mas quando solicitei não souberam responder e não enviaram.
Gerente Marcelo só resolveu pois informei que não pagaria. Péssimo serviço e péssimo gerente. Tive grandes problemas por isso. Desconfiem do valor ser muito baixo.
DEIXO AQUI MEU ALERTA.
PRODUCTS ARE FALSE!
I bought bearings as originals, but they are fake. SKF itself confirmed to me that they were not GENUINE. They have no guarantee. They say there is a purchase invoice to prove authenticity, but when I asked they did not know how to answer and did not send it.
Manager Marcelo only decided because I informed him that I would not pay. Lousy service and lousy manager. I had big problems for that. Be wary of the value being too low.

Na hora de vender são super atenciosos, mas prometem o prazo de entrega e não cumprem, ai você entra em contato pra saber sobre a entrega e o vendedor não te atende e não passam a ligação pra nenhum responsável. Já é a segunda vez que perco serviço por material que não foi entregue.
Bad service, they don't respect the customer. When selling, they are super attentive, but they promise the delivery time and don't fulfill it, then you get in touch to find out about the delivery and the seller doesn't answer you and they don't pass the call to anyone responsible. This is the second time that I lost service for material that was not delivered.

Vendedor muito atencioso até fechar a compra, após isso, vou em duas semana esperando uma mercadoria, sendo que o vendedor me garantiu que em dois dias a mercadoria seria despachada. Quando recebem cobrança, não atendem, não respondem e literalmente deixam o cliente na mão! Péssima empresa.
