★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe é cliente de Dr Ricardo Nascimento. Marquei consulta no dia 06.02 uma quinta-feira , que foi confirmada por telefone .
Chegando lá no dia agendado, me informaram que Dr Ricardo só atende dia de terça e que eu estava equivocada. Agora Liguei e a atendente Lucluzianeyiana e marcou para dia 27.02 uma quinta feira!!!. Palhaçada!
 My mother is a client of Dr Ricardo Nascimento. I made an appointment on 06.02 a Thursday, which was confirmed by phone.
Arriving there on the scheduled day, I was informed that Dr Ricardo only works on Tuesday and that I was wrong. Now I called and the attendant Lucluzianeyiana and scheduled for Thursday 27.02 !!! Clowning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar consulta com o nutricionista para às 14 horas do dia seguinte, cheguei na clínica com 30 minutos de antecedência e até às 15 horas não tinha sido atendido. Ao procurar saber sobre a demora no atendimento fui informado que as consultas são realizadas por ordem de chegada e sem informações sobre o horário que seria atendido.
Estou aqui até o momento, são 15:30 e ainda não fui atendido e nem sei que horas serei. Ainda não desistir, pois não posso faltar outro dia na empresa.
Não recomendo a clínica devido a falta de organização nas informações a serem passadas no atendimento, seja ele por telefone ou presencial.
I called to schedule a consultation with the nutritionist at 2:00 PM the next day, I arrived at the clinic 30 minutes in advance and by 3:00 PM had not been attended to. When seeking to know about the delay in attendance I was informed that the consultations are performed on a first come, first served basis and without information on the time that would be taken care of.
I'm here so far, it's 15:30 and I still have not been answered and I do not even know what time it will be. Still do not give up, because I can not miss another day in the company.
I do not recommend the clinic because of the lack of organization in the information to be passed in the care, be it by phone or in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência até o atendimento foi humilhante. O local parece um corredor polonês. Quanto ao médico, Dr.Lucas gostei muito. Eficiente , tendo solicitado exames adequados. Infelizmente acidentou-se no joelho e não colocaram ninguém para substituí-lo de 01 até hoje dia 07 de outubro. Fui fazer cirurgia sem o relatório de uma tomografia do torax. Tambem não gostei da maneira de uma moça que se dizia gerente. Muito grosseira no telefone. Vou passar as observações para o Hap Vida.
My experience even the service was humiliating. The place looks like a Polish corridor. As for the doctor, Dr. Lucas really liked it. Efficient, having requested appropriate examinations. Unfortunately he injured his knee and no one was put in to replace him from 01 until today October 7th. I went into surgery without reporting a chest tomography. I didn't like the way a girl said she was a manager either. Very rude on the phone. I will pass the remarks to Hap Vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima abordagem inicial, marcando uma data por zap, quando ligam pra confirmar dizendo que seria outra data, discutindo com cliente por zap passando total insegurança no atendimento. Infelizmente nao vejo futuro pra um lugar como esse onde o tratamento desde do inicio é precario, vou pagar prticular ,mas nao vou mas!!!!
Terrible initial approach, setting a date by zap, when they call to confirm saying that it would be another date, arguing with the client by zap, experiencing total insecurity in the service. Unfortunately I don't see a future for a place like this where treatment from the beginning is precarious, I'll pay private, but I won't but!!!!

Já tinha visto os comentários negativos sobre a clínica, mas como precisava de uma consulta urgente com pneumologista então eu fui.
Mas me arrependi. No primeiro dia cheguei 14:20, a consulta era as 15h por ordem de chegada. Então o Dr chegou as 15h e começou a atender.
As criaturas incompetentes da recepção fizeram meu cadastro quando cheguei e tal. Mas depois vi pessoas sendo atendida sendo que chegou depois de mim, aí fui perguntar a ela sobre o caso e ela me disse sua ficha já está com o médico, ele já vai te chamar. Cara de pau ela, porque isso já era 16:45 e foi nessa mesma hora que ela levou a ficha pro médico.
Sai de lá 17:20
Foi um absurdo
Estou decepcionada
E outro dia, marcaram uma consulta pra mim , um retorno pro mesmo médico num dia que ele nem atendia.
Eu vim gastei meu transporte e tempo e ainda perdi meu trabalho.
Então se vocês estiverem outro opção, escolham outro local. Onde os atendentes tenham respeito pelo Paciente.
Horrible experience.
I had already seen the negative comments about the clinic, but as I needed an urgent consultation with a pulmonologist so I went.
But I regretted it. On the first day I arrived 14:20, the appointment was at 15h in order of arrival. Then Dr arrived at 3 pm and started answering.
The incompetent creatures at the front desk made my registration when I arrived and stuff. But then I saw people being treated and came after me, so I went to ask her about the case and she told me her file is already with the doctor, he will call you. Dude her, because this was already 16:45 and that was when she took the chart to the doctor.
Get out of there 17:20
It was absurd
I am disappointed
And the other day, they made an appointment for me, a return to the same doctor on a day he didn't even attend.
I came spent my transportation and time and still lost my work.
So if you have another option, choose another location. Where attendants have respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional bom mas foi péssima a Experiência na clínica. O local de espera é na verdade um corredor. A parte da Recepção é um cubículo. Qdo fui, mta gente, uma aglomeração. Totalmente irregular diante da pandemia que enfrentamos. Fui atendida com atraso superior a 1 hora . Um desrespeito. Deviam rever a estrutura!!!
Good professional but the experience in the clinic was bad. The waiting place is actually a hallway. The Reception part is a cubicle. When I was, for a lot of people, an agglomeration. Totally irregular in the face of the pandemic we face. I was served more than 1 hour late. A disrespect. They should review the structure!!!
