★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim e desonesto,como filho citou acima levou duas ampolas de um medicamento chamado SUPRAHYAL para aplicação no joelho, qdo entrou na sala apenas uma foi usada e a outra não FOI DEVOLVIDA, só esclarecendo que cada ampola custa em média 400 reais e ele iria fazer outra aplicação na clínica mas com esse atendimento péssimo nem pensar .
ATÉ AGORA NENHUM RESPONSAVEL ENTROU EM CONTATO PARA UM ESCLARECIMENTO, meu filho saiu da clínica transtornado pois além de cobrarem um valor diferente do informado no telefone ainda teve o medicamento furtado .
 Bad and dishonest service, as the son mentioned above took two ampoules of a medicine called SUPRAHYAL for application on the knee, when he entered the room only one was used and the other WASN'T RETURNED, just to clarify that each ampoule costs on average 400 reais and he would do another application in the clinic but with this terrible service, no way.
UNTIL NOW NO RESPONSIBLE ONE CONTACTED FOR A CLARIFICATION, my son left the clinic upset because in addition to charging a different amount than the one reported on the phone he still had the medicine stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a clínicaa porque sofri um trauma no pé esquerdo numa caminhada. Fui atendida pelo Dr. Renan que falou, falou e não disse nada sobre o meu problema, em seguida pediu um RX da minha coluna, apesar do meu problema estar no meu pé. Após ter feito o RX, retornei ao consultório e mostrou toda a minha coluna p mim e p meu marido, enfim ele me receitou um remédio que não fez efeito algum e me pediu um exame nada a ver com o meu problema no pé. Conclusão: Voltei para casa sem saber qual o motivo do meu pé estar inchado e doendo tanto, paguei consulta e RX. Então, passei com um médico excelente que atende o SUS em Guarulhos e soube que meu pé tinha duas fraturas. Dr. Iglesias não me receitu nenhum remédio, nenhum exame, disse para eu ter paciência que ria sarar sozinho, receitou apenas palmilhas p melhorar minha pisada. É decepcionante pensar que pode haver muitas pessoas tratando de problemas que elas não tem, seja motivo de incompetência ou interesses próprios do médico que as atendem.
I went to the clinic because I had a trauma to my left foot while walking. I was attended by Dr. Renan who spoke, spoke and said nothing about my problem, then asked for an X-ray of my spine, despite my problem being on my foot. After having the X-ray done, I went back to the office and showed my entire spine to me and my husband, so he prescribed a medication that had no effect and asked me for an exam that had nothing to do with my foot problem. Conclusion: I came home without knowing why my foot was swollen and hurting so much, I paid for an appointment and an X-ray. So, I went to an excellent doctor who attends SUS in Guarulhos and learned that my foot had two fractures. Dr. Iglesias did not prescribe me any medicine, no exam, he told me to be patient that he would heal on his own, he only prescribed insoles to improve my step. It is disappointing to think that there may be many people dealing with problems that they do not have, whether it is a reason for incompetence or the self-interest of the doctor who attends them.
