Minha avó ficou mais de 15 minutos com a moça no telefone, onde ela com toda a paciência do mundo sanou todas as dúvidas a respeito de uma cirurgia de ombro que ela precisava realizar. Convidou ela para conhecer o local e demostrou uma empatia que falta em muitas pessoas hoje.
