★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, quero deixar aqui um relato!
Ao acompanhar minha esposa para uma consulta hoje, 04/02/2020 (Terça -Feira) na Cefro em Santo André, inicialmente um serviço de recepção bom, fomos chamados para a consulta com o Ortopedista Dr. Marcelo Alves Moreira. Minha esposa relatou o problema dela, o médico fez algumas peguntas, ela respondeu todas elas, pediu pra que ela fizesse um exame de radiografia que no próprio local realiza, até aí tudo bem, até o momento que eu fiz uma pergunta ao médico, que foi: - O que ele achava se ela fizesse um exame de ressonância magnética do local onde ela esta com dores que é o joelho. A partir deste momento ele respondeu em alto tom de arrogância com grosseria barata, dizendo que eu não tinha propriedade suficientes pra julgar qual exames ela deveria fazer ou não fazer. Concordo plenamente com ele, quem sou eu para julgar, ele é o especialista. O problema não foi o fato dele ter falado o que falou e sim a forma com que ele falou. Ele pode ser de fato bom tecnicamente no que faz (isso eu não posso julgar pois não sou médico), agora a forma com que ele falou isso sim eu posso falar. Ele em nenhum momento teve feeling e jogo de cintura comigo. Sem dúvidas ele poderia ter respondido de outra maneira, porém preferiu a arrogância e grosseria barata! Acredito que um bom profissional em qualquer área deve sempre ser bom tecnicamente, porém só isso não é o suficiente, ele precisa também saber lidar com as pessoas! E só para acrescentar, no retorno, depois que minha esposa fez o exame de radiografia, no final ele usou de irônia de mal gosto dizendo que ela iria precisar fazer a ressonância magnética, não porque eu (esposo) queria, mas porque ele queria e deu risada de forma arrogante.
Então fica aqui a minha experiência e relato. Se você procura apenas por um profissional que pode ser bom tecnicamente e se contenta apenas com isso, o ortopedista Dr Marcelo Alves Moreira é o cara! Agora se procura por um profissional mais completo, sugiro que procure outro local.

When accompanying my wife for a consultation today, 04/02/2020 (Tuesday) at Cefro in Santo André, initially a good reception service, we were called for the consultation with the Orthopedist Dr. Marcelo Alves Moreira. My wife reported her problem, the doctor asked some questions, she answered all of them, asked her to do a radiography exam that on the spot, so far so good, until I asked the doctor a question, which was: - What would he think if she did an MRI scan of the place where she is in pain which is the knee. From that moment on, he responded in a loud tone of arrogance with cheap rudeness, saying that I didn't have enough property to judge which exams she should do or not do. I fully agree with him, who am I to judge, he is the expert. The problem was not that he said what he said, but the way he said it. He can actually be technically good at what he does (this I can't judge because I'm not a doctor), now the way he said it, yes I can. He never felt and played with me. No doubt he could have responded otherwise, but he preferred arrogance and cheap rudeness! I believe that a good professional in any area should always be technically good, but that alone is not enough, he also needs to know how to deal with people! And just to add, on the return, after my wife did the radiography exam, in the end he used ironic bad taste saying that she would need to do the MRI scan, not because I (husband) wanted to, but because he wanted and he laughed arrogantly.
So here is my experience and report. If you are looking for just a professional who can be technically good and is content with just that, orthopedist Dr Marcelo Alves Moreira is the guy! Now if you are looking for a more complete professional, I suggest you look for another location.
It is up to you to judge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura e atendimento da clínica é indiscutível, mas o meu relato vai diretamente para o Dr. Marcelo Moreira (por favor, não confundam pois existe outro Dr. Marcelo na clínica que é um ser humano maravilhoso). Um médico muito bom e experiente, no entanto, a ARRONGÂNCIA e PREPOTÊNCIA imperam, infelizmente. Uma soberba sem tamanho que nos faz pensar o porquê estamos ali, me senti humilhado, um tratamento hostil, ainda bem que não tem só ele de ortopedista no mundo. Ele deveria saber tratar melhor seus semelhantes, não volto nunca mais! Ele é médico, mas não Deus. Tenho dó dos funcionários que precisam aguentar tanta grosseria. A relação médico paciente nunca deverá ser pautada pela superioridade, ele faz questão de deixar claro sua arrongância.. Uma pena. Torcemos para que ele reflita em como tratar o seu próximo, ou ele me atendeu justamente num dia ruim dele e acabou descontando em mim toda sua infelicidade. Quando estamos com dor, o que não queremos é sermos julgados, pelo contrário precisamos de ajuda não de uma chuva de crítica. Que Deus tenha piedade de um ser humano como ele!
The structure and service of the clinic is indisputable, but my report goes directly to Dr. Marcelo Moreira (please do not confuse it because there is another Dr. Marcelo at the clinic who is a wonderful human being). A very good and experienced doctor, however, EXTENSION and PREPOTENCE prevail, unfortunately. A superb size that makes us wonder why we are there, I felt humiliated, a hostile treatment, even though there is not only him as an orthopedist in the world. He should know how to treat his fellow men better, I will never come back! He's a doctor, but not God. I feel sorry for the employees who need to endure such rudeness. The doctor-patient relationship should never be based on superiority, he makes a point of making his arrogance clear. A pity. We hope that he reflects on how to treat his neighbor, or he attended me just on a bad day and ended up discounting all his unhappiness. When we are in pain, what we don't want is to be judged, on the contrary we need help, not a shower of criticism. May God have mercy on a human being like him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente entrei aqui para ver se tinha comentários sobre um ortopedista que me atendeu na cefro, para minha surpresa um rapaz relatou aqui sobre o ortopedista Marcelo Moreira, esse ortopedista me atendeu com tanta arrogância que não me deixou falar de onde surgiu o meu problema, ele insistiu que não queria ouvir ou saber do meu fato, somente dizia que era para fazer cirurgia independentemente de onde se iniciou meu problema, cada vez que eu tentava dizer de onde veio meu problema,já que ele perguntou se foi tombo que levei, eu disse que não, e quando ia falar de onde era ele dizia que não queria saber de onde era, que era pra mim ir cuidar do ombro, com tom soberbo e gestos com as mãos, quando ele me perguntou se eu queria uma 2⁰ opinião de outro médico, não pensei 2x, passei com doutor Marcelo Andreotti da cefro também, um médico ser humano, me ouviu, me disse como seria a cirurgia, atendeu com extrema educação e atenção, ele me ouviu, e assim fiz a cirurgia com ele, excelente profissional. Agradeço ao doutor Marcelo Andreotti pelo tratamento que todo paciente espera de um profissional ser humano.

I thank Dr. Marcelo Andreotti for the treatment that every patient expects from a professional human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fecham para almoço! Mas resolvi esperar assim mesmo por já ser cliente antigo… mas me arrependi… agora com médico despreparado, como o Dra Natan Madeira . Nunca fui atendido por alguém tão ruim. Para começar, eu explicando o caso e percebi que ele não estava prestando atenção (tanto que perguntou depois o que eu já tinha falado). Falou para eu tirar raio x e levar para ele depois. Ora, se estou lá era já para diagnosticar e tratar o caso. Mas o meninão estava com pressa (era tarde), já que ainda durante o atendimento se levantou e começou a desligar ar condicionado e se despedir. Espero que a gestão do cefro reavalie melhor os profissionais contratados.
They close it for lunch! But I decided to wait anyway because I'm an old client… but I regretted it… now with an unprepared doctor, like Dr Natan Madeira. I've never been served by someone so bad. To begin with, I was explaining the case and I realized that he was not paying attention (so much so that he asked later what I had already said). He told me to take an x-ray and take it to him later. Now, if I'm there, it was already there to diagnose and treat the case. But the little boy was in a hurry (it was late), as he got up during the service and started to turn off the air conditioning and say goodbye. I hope that the cefro management will better reassess the hired professionals.
