★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um oculos, da marca Steppers, a lente simplesmente nao permanece dentro da armação, fujam dessa marca. Levei para o reparo após 6 meses, depois de 3 dias retornou a mesma armação com o mesmo problema, e depois de 1ano e meio de uso fui reclamar e me deram novamente uma nova armação da steppers, avisei que nao podia esperar pois estaria de mudança para o japão, mas conseguiram trocar a armação e mesmo assim novamente o mesmo problema, a parte superior da lente sempre se desloca pra fora e fica instavel. Não mais gastarei um centavo no Brasil. Não recomendo nem a marca, nem a loja e nem o Brasil.
I bought an eyeglass, Steppers brand, the lens simply does not remain inside the frame, run away from that brand. I took it for repair after 6 months, after 3 days it returned the same frame with the same problem, and after 1 year and a half of use I went to complain and they gave me a new steppers frame again, I said I couldn't wait because it would be moving for japan, but they managed to change the frame and yet again the same problem, the upper part of the lens always moves outwards and is unstable. I will no longer spend a cent in Brazil. I do not recommend neither the brand, nor the store, nor Brazil.
