Só queria saber qual o preço das lentes e preciso ir até a loja, pois a atendente falou que não tem autorização de fazer orçamento por telefone, nem whatsapp. Um amigo me indicou a loja, mas vou acabar fazendo as lentes em uma outra, que me passou o orlamento por telefone. Triste saber que ainda tem loja pensando na era física, em plena era digital.
I have the model of the frame, I have the prescription of the ophthalmologist. I have the brand of the lenses and the anti-glare. I just wanted to know what the price of the lenses is and I need to go to the store, because the clerk said she is not authorized to make a budget over the phone or whatsapp. A friend referred me to the store, but I will end up making the lenses on another one, which gave me the budget over the phone. Sad to know that there is still a store thinking about the physical age, in the middle of the digital age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ótica não é ruim,o atendimento não é ruim,depois que você compra o óculos eles falam que ligam pra você quando o óculos estiver pronto e não ligam,tem um n° de telefone que não existe.assim fica difícil voltar depois.
The optics are not bad, the service is not bad, after you buy the glasses they say they call you when the glasses are ready and they don’t call, there is a phone number that doesn’t exist.so it’s difficult to come back later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive bom atendimento, grande variedade de armações e preços variados. Meu óculos ficou pronto em poucos dias. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque liguei diversas vezes e ninguém atendeu.
I had good service, great variety of frames and varied prices. My glasses were ready in a few days. I just don't give 5 stars because I called several times and nobody answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei várias óticas e pude comprovar a diferença absurda entre o preço e qualidade que as outras óticas estavam cobrando em armações de segunda e terceira linha nacionais em relação ao orçamento de grifes badaladas e lentes infinitamente superiores que tive nessa rede de óticas. O atendimento foi bem simpático. Aprovadíssima!
I researched several opticians and I was able to prove the absurd difference between the price and quality that the other opticians were charging in national second and third tier frames in relation to the budget of trendy brands and infinitely superior lenses that I had in this optician network. The service was very friendly. Very approved!

The worst optician I've ever bought glasses, they say you have a permanent warranty and when we take the glasses in for adjustment, it comes out worse than it came in.
