O que, ao meu sentir, é interessante destacar é o serviço de conserto de equipamentos, pois recebi a honestidade que se espera num atendimento. Levei meu notebook, que parecia ter queimado o HD e, depois de ser aberto, recebi a ligação do funcionário dizendo que o HD apenas tinha se deslocado. Conclusão: zero custo. Portanto, sempre que quiser comprar um item ou tiver problema com celular ou meu notebook, irei até lá sem receio de ser enganada. Assim é que se conquista fidelidade de clientes!
The store has a good range of tech items. What, in my opinion, is interesting to highlight is the equipment repair service, as I received the honesty expected in a service. I took my notebook, which seemed to have burned the hard drive and, after opening it, I got a call from the employee saying that the hard drive had just moved. Conclusion: zero cost. So, whenever I want to buy an item or have a problem with my cell phone or my notebook, I'll go there without fear of being deceived. This is how you earn customer loyalty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha fonte com cabo de força pra garantia, e me devolveram sem, disseram que não pegam os acessórios, mas eu entreguei junto... Resumindo me enrolaram dizendo que ia pedir pro gerente ver na camera e que demoraria uma semana pra entrar em contato. NUNCA deram notícias e nem mostram imagem de camera... Roubada esse lugar...
I took my power supply with power cord for warranty, and they returned it to me without, they said they don't take the accessories, but I delivered it together... In short, they screwed me up saying that I was going to ask the manager to see it on camera and that it would take a week to get in touch . They NEVER reported news and didn't even show a camera image... Stolen this place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que já vi dentro do Shopping Recife. Vendedores com má vontade (a que nos atendeu), com preguiça de ser atenciosa ou de dar informação ou era má educação mesmo, não sei dizer, visto que não mostrou nenhum interesse em atender bem meu namorado. Na tentativa de testar um mouse e sem funcionar no equipamento, a vendedora disse: testa assim mesmo. Depois de ficar sozinhos, outro vendedor se aproximou do monitor que meu namorado olhava e começou a explicar, avançando depois para onde meu namorado estava como se não houvesse ninguém, forçando-o a sair do computador que testava e, achando pouco, repetiu novamente com outro equipamento que ele decidiu olhar. Só posso dizer que nunca mais entro nesse lugar.
The worst service I've seen inside Shopping Recife. Salespeople with bad will (the one who served us), too lazy to be considerate or to give information or it was really bad manners, I don't know, since I didn't show any interest in serving my boyfriend well. In an attempt to test a mouse without working on the equipment, the seller said: test it anyway. After being alone, another salesperson approached the monitor my boyfriend was looking at and began to explain, then advancing to where my boyfriend was as if there was no one, forcing him to leave the computer he was testing and, finding little, repeated again with another outfit he decided to look at. I can only say that I never enter this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço que fiz no meu computador foi bom, porém eles prometeram que iam entregar meu pronto em 24h. Logo após fechar o negócio, perceberam que na loja não tinha duas das peças que eram necessárias para fazer o serviço. Tive que ir de loja em loja do shopping procurar. Só encontrei uma das peças e por isso fizeram o serviço pela metade. Tive que buscar meu computador com uma solução provisória e na semana seguinte eu mesma tive que procurar a peça que faltava em outros lugares da cidade (se não eu acho que até hoje tudo estava feito pela metade!). No final das contas, comprei a peça e eles finalizaram o que tinham prometido. O computador está ótimo, espero que continue assim por muito tempo depois do transtorno que passei. Apesar de tudo, os funcionários foram atenciosos.
The service I did on my computer was good, but they promised that they would deliver my ready in 24 hours. Soon after closing the deal, they realized that in the store there were no two of the pieces that were needed to do the job. I had to go from store to store at the mall to look. I only found one of the pieces, so they did the job in half. I had to get my computer with a temporary solution and the next week I had to look for the missing part elsewhere in the city (if not, I think that until today everything was done in half!). In the end, I bought the piece and they finished what they had promised. The computer is fine, I hope it stays that way for a long time after the trouble I went through. Despite everything, the staff were attentive.
