Large and well structured store, the service is good but should make customers more comfortable choosing the glasses. High price compared to other optics. I recommend researching before.

Great service. The staff does not try to push you any glasses and the warranty and maintenance provided by the store are amazing. It is worth checking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não li os comentários sobre essa ótica. Acabei perdendo tempo e dinheiro. Querem apenas vender. Péssimo serviço. Se comportam como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Uma das gerentes chegou ao absurdo de sugerir que o meu cérebro não se adaptou a lente. Com tanta reclamação deveria estar fechada. Funcionários fantoches, instruídos para serem educados, para amenizar o prejuízo que você terá logo a seguir.
Infelizmente a ferramenta aqui não possui 0 estrelas, o que é uma falha e também uma maneira de contribuir com essas companhias que oferecem péssimos serviços.
Unfortunately I haven't read the reviews on this view. I ended up wasting time and money. They just want to sell. Terrible service. They behave like they're doing you a favor. One of the managers went so far as to suggest that my brain didn't adapt to the lens. With so much complaint it should be closed. Puppet employees, instructed to be polite, to alleviate the loss you will have soon after.
Unfortunately the tool here doesn't have 0 stars, which is a flaw and also a way to contribute to those companies that offer terrible services.

Delay in delivery 1 week, when my glasses arrived it was extremely wide and there was a total lack of return or follow-up of my case. Total disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei óculos multifocais na Grandvision by fototica e acreditei na vendedora quando ela me falou da lente Lightview. Me disse que a lente seria de marca conceituada como Varilux, Zeiss ou Hoya e colocam depois a marca Grandvision by Fototica. Só que pesquisei e não encontrei de onde veio essa lente Lightview, qual material utilizado, se é importada, nacional. Liguei hoje lá e me disseram que seria uma dessas supostas marcas: Varilux, Hoya ou Zeiss. Que ela não saberia especificar qual dessas três. Porém, ao pesquisar vi que essas marcas mencionadas pela vendedora da loja tem um código marcador que aparece na lente ao ser colocado contra a luz e os códigos não são de nenhuma marca mencionada pela loja e que se fosse teria o certificado. Aí eu queria saber de onde vem essa lente Lightview, qual material utilizado, como saber se é boa. A marca nas lentes é do código Gv 2 12 que não bate com os códigos dessas marcas citadas pela vendedora como Hoya, Zeis a e Varilux que tem outros códigos. Paguei o valor de 1,500,00. Será que nao daria para fazer um par de oculos com lente Hoya, Zeiss ou Varilux? Mesmo que fosse mais caro, se me falasse, eu pensaria melhor.
I bought multifocal glasses at Grandvision by Fototica and I believed in the saleswoman when she told me about Lighview lens. He told me that the lens would be a renowned brand like Varilux, Zeiss or Hoya and then put the Grandvision by Fototica brand. Only I researched and I did not find where this Lighview lens came from, which material used, if it is imported, national. I called there and told me that it would be one of these supposed brands: Varilux, Hoya or Zeiss. That she would not know how to specify which of these three. However, when researching I saw that these brands mentioned by the store seller has a marker code that appears in the lens when it is placed against the light and the codes are not of any mark mentioned by the store and that if it would have the certificate. Then I wanted to know where this lights Lighview comes from, which material used, how to know if it's good. The mark on the lenses is from the GV 2 12 code that does not hit the codes of these brands quoted by the seller as Hoya, ZEIS A and VARILUX that has other codes. I paid the value of 1,500.00. Would not you give a couple of glasses with Hoya, Zeiss or Varilux lens? Even if it was more expensive, if you told me, I'd think better.
