Deveriam avaliar as pessoas q contratam pra atendimento ao público!! Pq se por uma informação preciso pegar uma fila de quase 1 hora de espera, e depois falarem q não atendem o q preciso, prefiro não passar nesse hospital nunca mais!!
 Terrible reception service!!
They should evaluate the people they hire to serve the public!! Because if for information I need to wait in line for almost 1 hour, and then say they don't answer what I need, I'd rather not go to this hospital ever again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão bem atendido em uma unidade. Foi rápido e fui bem atendido por todos. pelo porteiro, e super simpáticas e atenciosas, a enfermeira BEATRIZ BABDEIRA e a DR. TAYNA ( DERMATOLÓGISTA ).
I have never been so well attended to in a unit. It was fast and I was well attended by everyone. by the doorman, and super friendly and attentive, the nurse BEATRIZ BABDEIRA and DR. TAYNA (DERMATOLOGIST).

Isso é desrespeitoso.
Não é a primeira vez !
Estou com um bebê de colo aguardando , entre horário de atendimento na recepção e o horário da Dra.voltar de almoço !
Why do you schedule the appointment with the time the doctor leaves for lunch?
That's disrespectful.

I have a baby on my lap waiting , between opening hours at the reception and Dr. Returning for lunch !

Primeiramente neh por que graças a Deus tenho educação...... pois nesse Ambiente aqui grenline Taboão da serra Moças da recepção mal educadassss e trabalha com mal vontade... no consultório 1 no terceiro andar tinha 3 funcionários na sala discutindo sendo que tinha 2 fichas esperando pra ser atendido eles falando discutindo alto mesmoooooo. Muita falta de respeito profissionalismo.... fujammm desse lugar não levem seus filhos péssimo nota 000000000

First neh because thank God I have education...... because in this environment here grenline Taboão da serra Girls from the reception are poorly educated and work with ill will... in office 1 on the third floor there were 3 employees in the room arguing and that there were 2 chips waiting to be answered, they were talking loudly arguing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com grande parte das avaliações expostas, não tem estrutura e profissionais mal preparados, acredito que não tenham treinamento, pois cada funcionário tem uma informação diferente.
Fui em um dia levar meus bebês perdiram a carteirinha do convênio e meu documento, na semana seguinte já era obrigatório o documento dos meus filhos e os meus já não pediram. São tudo perdido.
I agree with most of the assessments exposed, there is no structure and poorly prepared professionals, I believe they do not have training, because each employee has different information.
One day I went to take my babies, they lost their insurance card and my document, the following week my children's document was mandatory and mine no longer asked. They are all lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma hora para chegar. Meia hora de espera e a dermatologista disse que teria que encerrar o atendimento pq só tinha 6 minutos para me atender, pois não teria como almocar. Pior, não examinou a minha queixa principal e não tive tempo de relatar outras duas. Ela disse que ficaria para o retorno. O farmacêutico informou que o medicamento não surtiria efeito pois o medicamento foi passado para pele e a lesão já estava na unha, onde o remédio não penetra.
It took me an hour to arrive. Half an hour of waiting and the dermatologist said she would have to end the service because she only had 6 minutes to see me, as she wouldn't be able to have lunch. Worse, it didn't address my main complaint and I didn't have time to report two more. She said she would stay for the return. The pharmacist informed that the drug would not have an effect because the drug was applied to the skin and the lesion was already in the nail, where the drug does not penetrate.

Penúltima vez que fui tive que ir pedir uma segunda opinião do outro lado da cidade pq não tem unidades mais próximas para atendimento, começa por aí. Ainda bem que conhecia a unidade do bosque da saúde que é excelente. Fico indignada na diferença que é sendo da mesma rede.
Minha filha infelizmente vem tendo crises de tosse, bastante catarro e febre altíssimas... Fui lá nessa Greenline nem um raio X para ver o pulmão tiraram... Dei os medicamentos que o médico passou, uma semana depois novamente minha filha voltou com os sintomas só que pior... Foi aí que tomei a atitude de levar no hospital bosque da Saúde onde tive um atendimento rápido e preciso.
Lamentável como cada dia que passa ao invés de melhorar só piora esse lugar (Greenline).

My daughter unfortunately has been having bouts of coughing, a lot of phlegm and very high fever... I went there at this Greenline, not even an X-ray to see the lung was taken... I gave the medicines that the doctor gave, a week later again my daughter came back with the symptoms only got worse... That's when I took the attitude of taking him to the woodland health hospital where I had fast and accurate care.
Regretful how each day that passes instead of getting better only worsens this place (Greenline).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive com minha bebê no pronto atendimento na madrugada do dia 19 onde tive um péssimo atendimento. Levei a bebê que estava com uma febre muito alta e fui atendida por duas enfermeiras que estavam mais preocupadas em conversar entre si sobre seus problemas pessoais ao invés de nos atender direito. Não sei o nome da chefe de enfermagem que médicou a minha bebê, mas ela deu duas injeções na coxa da bebê com tremenda brutalidade e em seguida enfiou dois panos amassados com água gelada na axila da bebê, me molhando inteira da cintura para baixo sem ter o mínimo de cuidado, demonstrando muita má vontade e ainda ficava reclamando por minha filha estar chorando. Sai de lá realmente muito chateada e com certeza não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém.
I was with my baby in the emergency room at dawn on the 19th where I had a terrible service. I don't know the name of the head of nursing who treated my baby, but she gave two injections in the baby's thigh with tremendous brutality and then stuck two crumpled cloths with ice water in the baby's armpit, wetting me all over from the waist down without having the least care, showing a lot of ill will and still complaining about my daughter crying. I left there really upset and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
