★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim. Das 2 vezes q compramos na loja as roupas ficaram para ajustes e, pasmem, das 2 vezes perderam as peças (já pagas!!!). Deram um prazo e se comprometeram a entregar no domicilio. Não o fizeram! Dá última vez, quando fomos buscar, um blazer estava com uma manga mais curta. Incrível como uma loja cara, num shopping conceituado, pode cometer tantos erros em série, penalizando o cliente. Nota zero.
Very bad experience. Of the 2 times that we bought in the store, the clothes were left for adjustments and, amazingly, of the 2 times they lost the pieces (already paid !!!). They gave a deadline and promised to deliver at home. They did not! Last time, when we went to get it, a blazer had a shorter sleeve. Incredible as an expensive store, in a reputed mall, can make so many errors in series, penalizing the customer. Note zero.
