Se precisar trocar por qualquer motivo, injustamente tratam de tentar de tudo para desqualificar seu direito de troca com regras e observações sem pé nem cabeça, além dos atendentes acharem que estão fazendo um favor pra você, "pedinte". Terrível. Comprei um vestido pra minha namorada, dps vimos que estava todo torto, com problemas de confecção, costura, na compra vimos no ecommerce que tinha um cinto, a vendedora não deu o vestido com o cinto.
Muita "grife", valores extremamente elevados mas infelizmente não condiz com a qualidade, o atendimento, políticas e qualquer coisa que você precisar da marca.
Experiencia horrível e recomendo a todos que NÃO COMPREM.
