Quando chegamos foi uma surpresa ainda maior: lugar incrível, cheio de peixes maravilhosos e muito bem cuidados. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos. Pessoas incríveis, muito bem informadas e dispostas a também a nos ensinar. Nota dez! Parabéns pela loja incrível. Voltaremos sempre que precisarmos de algo.
I went to meet today with my family. We made the first contact by whatsapp and have received all the information about times, fish and values. When it arrived it was an even bigger surprise: amazing place, full of wonderful fish and very well looked after. We were very well attended by all. Amazing people, very knowledgeable and willing to teach us too. Grade A! Congratulations on the amazing store. We'll be back whenever we need something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive a chance de ser atendida nessa loja, as duas vezes que fui a loja estava fechada, uma vez esperei o horário certinho que diz que abre 13hs em um sábado, fui até lá e o vizinho disse que o dono tinha acabado de sair. A outra foi hoje fui ás 16hs na intenção de comprar alguns Discos a porta estava aberta, toquei a campainha e quem me atendeu disse que não poderia me atender. Disse que abre apenas amanhã. Fiquei extremamente chateada, não voltarei mais. O dono tem todo direito de abrir quando bem entende, mas todo cliente gosta de ser bem tratado.
I never had the chance to be served at this store, both times I went to the store it was closed, once I waited for the right time that says it opens at 1 pm on a Saturday, I went over there and the neighbor said that the owner had just left. The other was today I went at 4 pm with the intention of buying some Discs, the door was open, I rang the bell and those who answered said that they could not answer me. He said it opens only tomorrow. I was extremely upset, I will not be returning. The owner has every right to open whenever he wants, but every customer likes to be treated well.

Fui ate este lugar ontem dia 04/12 com alguns produtos que iria comprar mas fui barrada na porta pelo funcionário que disse que eu não poderia entrar, perguntei se ele tinha o produto que eu estava procurando, ele disse que sim mas não podeira me vender dizendo que era ordens do superior por causa da pandemia....ok eu super entendo...mas porque fala que atendem na loja?... antes de ir ate esse local pesquisei bastante, liguei no local ninguém atendeu.... Não recomendo, fiz outra pesquisa no google e achei o bonni pet shop no final da av guapira já Guarulhos Av treze de Maio onde eu e meu filho fomos muito bem atendidos e com muito respeito. SR superior da loja Arcadiscus se não atendem na loja, basta retirar do google essa informação... simples.
They didn't let me in the store. I went to this place yesterday on 12/04 with some products that I would buy but I was stopped at the door by the employee who said I could not enter, I asked if he had the product I was looking for, he said yes but he could not sell me saying that it was orders from the superior because of the pandemic .... ok I super understand ... but why do you say they serve at the store? ... before going to this place I did a lot of research, called the place nobody answered .... I do not recommend it, I did another search on google and found the bonni pet shop at the end of avenue guapira already Guarulhos Av thirteen of May where my son and I were very well attended and with great respect. Top SR of the Arcadiscus store if they don't answer in the store, just remove this information from google ... simple.
