★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos... Aguardei mais uma semana pra consulta, simplesmente cancelaram e fizeram proposta de nova data de consulta para 15 dias depois da data inicial.
 They are terrible... I waited another week for the appointment, they simply canceled and proposed a new appointment date for 15 days after the initial date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INACREDITÁVEL a discriminação que pacientes atendidos pelo IAMSPE sofrem neste lugar. Liguei hoje para marcar consulta com oftalmo especialista em glaucoma para mim e para minha mãe. Como tenho convênio particular passarei com a médica ainda em janeiro no primeiro horário. Agora para marcar para minha mãe fui obrigada a ligar em outro número de telefone e PASMEM só há consulta para a mesma especialidade em ABRIL isso mesmo em ABRIL/2022 e ainda com um único especialista sendo que há dois no HOSPITAL DE OLHOS. Será que a ANS permite esse tipo de discriminação para pacientes de planos X ou Y? Minha mãe idosa de 71 anos tendo que passar por isso. Inaceitável.
UNBELIEVABLE the discrimination that patients treated by IAMSPE suffer in this place. I called today to make an appointment with a glaucoma specialist eye doctor for me and my mother. As I have a private insurance plan, I will see the doctor in January at the first time. Now, to make an appointment for my mother, I had to call another phone number and PASMEM only has an appointment for the same specialty in APRIL, that's right in APRIL/2022 and even with a single specialist and there are two at HOSPITAL DE OLHOS. Does the ANS allow this type of discrimination for patients on plans X or Y? My 71 year old mother having to go through this. Unacceptable.

Desorganização na recepção, estrutura ruim (pediram pra aguardar no andar térreo pq não poderia ficar acompanhando minha mãe que é maior de 60 anos), má vontade total até de dar informações e detalhe, o atendimento era particular, nem estava sendo realizado pelo plano de saúde! Enfim, foi a primeira e última vez e não recomendo mesmo pra ninguém!
Terrible in every way! Disorganized reception, bad structure (they asked to wait on the ground floor because I couldn't accompany my mother who is over 60 years old), total unwillingness to even give information and details, the service was private, it wasn't even being carried out by the plan of health! Anyway, it was the first and last time and I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!!! Completamente desorganizado ... não existe sistema de senha, uma bagunça, sem contar que 1 médico apenas no sábado para atender uma multidão de pessoas!!! Não perca seu tempo... extremamente demorado....
Terrible attendance!!!! Completely disorganized... there is no password system, a mess, not to mention that 1 doctor only on Saturday to attend to a crowd of people!!! Don't waste your time... extremely time consuming....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Consulta somente depois de 180 dias e, uma semana antes eles mandam mensagem que precisa remarcar. Na MAIOR CARA DE PAU dizem que a remarcação é somente para 180 dias depois. Desmarcaram a consulta 4 vezes! Um lixo de atendimento. Um descaso com quem precisa passar por consulta. Um Lixo! Se pudesse dava negativo! Revoltante!!!!
Terrible! Consultation only after 180 days and a week before they send a message that they need to reschedule. In the BIGGEST FACE OF PAU they say that the rescheduling is only for 180 days later. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi ótima tive um excelente atendimento principalmente pela atendente Jamile ela foi bem atenciosa e minha tia passou mal no dia de uma consulta e ela foi muito prestativa ficou com ela do começou ao fim e as meninas do exame também são ótima parabéns !!
It was great I had an excellent service especially from the attendant Jamile she was very attentive and my aunt felt sick on the day of an appointment and she was very helpful she stayed with her from start to finish and the exam girls are also great congratulations!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das vezes as quais minha mãe precisou estar no hospital, sempre foi muito bem atendida, quanto aos horários, nada mais que 10 minutos de atraso na realização de exames!!!
Minha indignação hoje se dá pelo retorno tardio ao qual ela precisa (por volta de 5 meses, apenas para um retorno com o oftalmo), para a avaliação de cirurgia quanto a catarata e colocação de lentes de contato intraoculares. Gostaria de entender o porquê de uma espera tão grande, afinal além da espera em relação ao retorno, ainda haverá a espera quanto a marcação da cirurgia!!! Será que ela vai conseguir realizar ainda esse ano?!
Of the times my mother needed to be in the hospital, she was always very well attended, in terms of schedules, nothing more than 10 minutes late in performing exams!!!
My indignation today is due to the late return to which she needs (around 5 months, just for a return with the ophthalmologist), for the evaluation of surgery for cataract and placement of intraocular contact lenses. I would like to understand why such a long wait, after all, in addition to waiting for the return, there will still be a wait for the surgery schedule!!! Will she be able to make it this year?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não são organizados nem para abertura de ficha. Todo mundo que chega tem que deixar a carteirinha e RG na Recepção e eles vão acumulando em uma pilha. Sem nenhuma ordem ou critério. Meu convênio é o IAMSPE. Em São Paulo capital e em Guarulhos, só existe essa clínica Hosp para gente passar na Oftalmologista. Então em Outubro/2021 eu liguei para passar com qualquer Oftalmologista, só consegui agenda para 17/02/2022. Eu agendada p 10h e minha mãe idosa de 72 anos para 10h10. Chegamos na Clínica 9h25, ficamos na recepção por mais de uma hora, sem que as recepcionista liberassem p gente subir para o andar do consultório médico. Os brancos chegavam e logo eram chamados p subir e eu e minha mãe nada. Minha mãe só foi atendida 11h10 em uma consulta que não durou 10 minutos. Até agora não fui chamada.
They are not even organized for opening a form. Everyone who arrives has to leave their card and ID at the Reception and they accumulate in a pile. No order or criteria. My agreement is IAMSPE. In São Paulo capital and in Guarulhos, there is only this Hosp clinic for us to go to the Ophthalmologist. So in October/2021 I called to go with any Ophthalmologist, I only got an appointment for 02/17/2022. I scheduled for 10pm and my 72 year old mother for 10:10am. We arrived at the Clinic at 9:25 am, we stayed at the reception for over an hour, without the receptionist letting us go up to the doctor's office floor. The whites arrived and soon they were called to go up and my mother and I nothing. My mother was only seen at 11:10 am in an appointment that did not last 10 minutes. So far I haven't been called.
