★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para fechar contrato são super! Agora depois chega uma fatura com o dobro da mensalidade e não há 1 telefone sequer para contato sobre isso, ai é um tiro no pé. E ainda o telefonema deles pode demorar 72 horas ainda! Então é estar em alerta até um deles ligar, com o risco de não atender e falar que tiveram várias tentativas.
To só vendo o quanto vai demorar isso.
 To close a contract they are super! Now, an invoice with double the monthly fee arrives and there is not even a phone number to contact about it, so it's a shot in the foot. And yet their phone call can take 72 hours yet! So it's being on alert until one of them calls, with the risk of not answering and saying that they had several attempts.
I'm just seeing how long this will take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um baita de um absurdo que fizeram comigo! Deslealdade da parte de vcs Olx no qual eu era assinante do plano profissional desde 2018. Unificaram as plataformas Zap e Vivareal e fui obrigado a ser direcionado pra essa monopolização com quase o dobro da mensalidade que eu pagava. Simplesmente perdi meu antigo plano e meus anúncios!!! Queria recorrer do jeito que estava antes e que eu não aceitaria a mudança, mas o atendimento é um zero a esquerda!!!
A hell of a nonsense they did to me! Disloyalty on the part of you guys Olx in which I was a subscriber to the professional plan since 2018. They unified the Zap and Vivareal platforms and I was forced to be directed to this monopolization with almost twice the monthly fee I paid. I just lost my old plan and my ads!!! I wanted to appeal the way it was before and that I would not accept the change, but the service is a zero on the left!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa apresenta um total descaso com o consumidor. A mais de 30 dias estou tentando contato com eles e não retornam. Tinha um plano com a empresa e sem qualquer aviso prévio dobraram o preço do pacote. Tentei inúmeras vezes contato e nada até o presente momento. Eles disponibilizam apenas um meio de contato que é o whatsapp, mas não retornam as mensagens, apenas informam que um consultor vai entrar em contato em até 72 horas. Estou tendo um prejuízo incalculável devido ao cancelamento indevido do plano e não consigo resolver a situação.
The company has a total disregard for the consumer. I've been trying to contact them for over 30 days and they haven't returned. I had a plan with the company and without any notice they doubled the price of the package. I have tried numerous times to contact and nothing so far. They provide only one means of contact, which is whatsapp, but they do not return messages, they only inform that a consultant will contact you within 72 hours. I am having an incalculable loss due to the improper cancellation of the plan and I cannot resolve the situation.

Agora encerrado o contrato o ZAP me envia um e-mail informando sobre estar RENOVAÇÃO AUTOMÁTICA DA MINHA ASSINATURA! Eu não autorizei nenhuma renovação! Além disso já tentei entrar no site e no app p fazer essa reclamação e não se consegue! E o telefone tb está desativado. Empresa anti ética?!!!
Terrible, I paid for ads and only received messages from loan sharks and suspicious people and illegal proposals.
Now that the contract is over, ZAP sends me an email informing me about being AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MY SUBSCRIPTION! I did not authorize any renewals! In addition, I've tried to enter the website and the app to make this complaint and it's not possible! And the phone is also off. Unethical company?!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho interesse em anunciar nos três portais. Isso é venda casada e já haviam me forçado a anunciar nos 2 Vivareal + Zap (antes era só Vivareal e por mim ficaria só com esse portal).
Agora querem dobrar o valor do meu plano me obrigando a anunciar no OLX. Zap e OLX NÃO ME ATENDEM!!! Por mim eu ficava apenas no Vivareal, e me obrigam a aderir a outros portais, me cobrando o dobro e não me retornam os contatos (não possuem mais telefone de contato)
Preciso de um retorno telefônico urgente para tratarmos desse assunto pois não posso pagar mais que os R$660 mensais para ter os anúncios que possuo.
I have no interest in advertising on the three portals. This is a tying sale and I had already been forced to advertise on the 2 Vivareal + Zap (before it was just Vivareal and I would only have this portal).
Now they want to double the value of my plan by forcing me to advertise on OLX. Zap and OLX DON'T ANSWER ME!!! As for me, I only stayed on Vivareal, and they force me to join other portals, charging me double and they don't return my contacts (they don't have a contact number anymore)
I need an urgent phone call back to deal with this matter because I can't pay more than the R$660 monthly to have the ads I have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Estou há 2 semanas tentando obter contato e NADA. Reduziram o meu número de anúncios e praticamente dobraram o valor do meu plano. Como me recusei a pagar, suspenderam meus anúncios. Postura totalmente abusiva e desrespeitosa com o consumidor. Reforço a todos que deixem de pagar o que essa empresa tenta empurrar, para que assim revejam sua postura e passem a tratar com respeito os clientes. Vamos nos unir, recomendo a todos que façam reclamação no PROCON.
Terrible. I've been trying to get in touch for 2 weeks and NOTHING. They reduced my number of ads and practically doubled the value of my plan. As I refused to pay, they suspended my ads. Totally abusive and disrespectful attitude towards the consumer. I reinforce everyone who stops paying what this company tries to push, so that they review their posture and start treating customers with respect. Let's unite, I recommend everyone to complain to PROCON.
