★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietario de uma imobiliária e tive uma péssima experiência com este site de anúncios, primeiramente fui insistentemente procurado por um vendedor muito mal educado e que me fazia as mesmas perguntas repetidamente, resolvi então assinar o plano com 50 anúncios em meados de julho, tudo acertado , passei a cadastrar meus imóveis como ja feito em outros sites, para minha surpresa depois de 4 meses não tive nenhum retorno, isso mesmo, NENHUM retorno. Obviamente após este fiasco resolvi cancelar meu plano, o vendedor insistente não me ligou muito menos qualquer funcionário nem se quer responderam meu e-mail confirmando o cancelamento, agora enviaram em meu e-mail pela primeira vez um débito em aberto ja me ameaçando de negativar meu nome.
Recomendo fortemente ficar bem longe desta empresa !!
 I am a real estate owner and I had a bad experience with this ad site, first I was insistently approached by a very rude salesman who asked me the same questions repeatedly, so I decided to sign the plan with 50 ads in mid-July, everything settled , I started to register my properties as already done on other sites, to my surprise after 4 months I had no return, that's right, NO return. Obviously after this fiasco I decided to cancel my plan, the insistent seller did not call me any employee nor did they even answer my email confirming the cancellation, now they sent in my email for the first time an open debt already threatening to deny me my name.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cadastrei meu imóvel e em seguida recebi uma ligação confirmando todos os dados que havia inserido no site de vocês. Esta mesma ligação além de ter acesso aos meus dados, tentou clonar meu celular.
I registered my property and then received a call confirming all the data I had entered on your website. This same connection besides having access to my data, tried to clone my cell phone.

Muito descaso com o cliente, não resolvem nada e ainda bloqueia com o intuito de forçar a gente fazer um plano mais caro.
Não recomendo a ninguém essa empresa. Péssima prestação de serviço!
Acho um absurdo uma essa empresa ainda estar de pé com tanto desleixo com o cliente.

Too much neglect with the client, they don't solve anything and still block in order to force us to make a more expensive plan.
I don't recommend this company to anyone. Bad service provision!
I think it is absurd that this company is still standing with such neglect with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Portal é excelente, um dos melhores para anunciar. O problema é quem anuncia e a falta de gerenciamento do conteúdo.
Imobiliárias anunciam e quando vendem esquecem de retirar, investidores anunciam o valor de venda e no conteúdo referem ser o valor de entrada + parcelas. Corretores autônomos então, nem se fala, a maior parte dos anúncios fraudulento em localização errada com telefones errados que nunca atendem....Outra coisa, vender sem pagar é quase um milagre, só recebi visitas e tive propostas depois disso...
The Portal is excellent, one of the best to advertise. The problem is who advertises and the lack of content management.
Real estate agents announce and when they sell forget to withdraw, investors announce the sale value and in the content they refer to the entry price + installments. Autonomous brokers, so to speak, most of the fraudulent ads in the wrong location with wrong phones that never answer .... Another thing, selling without paying is almost a miracle, I only received visits and had proposals after that ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia foi frustrante e aborrecida... comprei um imóvel no leilão, reformei e pus a venda... quando encontrei um interessado, esse veio me dizer que NÃO IA FECHAR NEGÓCIO, porque tinha visto um anuncio do meu imóvel por metade do valor nesse site imovelweb. Averiguei e descobri que realmente ele tinha razão pois meu apto estava anunciado com o valor inicial do leilão já realizado a mais de 3 anos, com todas informações... Depois de inúmeros emails, reclamações no chat e tentativas via fone frustradas; esgotou minha paciência e entrei com uma ação na justiça por perdas e danos... o pior de tudo é que este site não tem autorização para vincular anuncio de leilão que corre em segredo de justiça... bando de picaretas irresponsáveis que colocam anúncios sem respaldo, autorização e sem nenhuma procuração... Aconselho a fugirem dessa empresa incompetente, fora da lei e irresponsável.

After countless emails, complaints in the chat and unsuccessful phone attempts; my patience ran out and I filed a lawsuit for damages ... the worst of all is that this site is not authorized to link an auction announcement that runs in secret ... bunch of irresponsible picks that place ads without support, authorization and without any power of attorney ... I advise you to flee this incompetent, outlaw and irresponsible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária que eu trabalho tinha uma parceria direta com a plataforma mas desfizemos nosso cadastro, mas simplesmente não tiram nossos anúncios do site, o dia todo recebemos ligações de imóveis que não estão disponíveis há mais de um ano gerando insatisfação nos nossos cliente, tentamos falar com o suporte mas nada foi feito.
The real estate company I work for had a direct partnership with the platform but we undid our registration, but they just don't take our ads off the site, all day we receive calls from properties that have not been available for more than a year, generating dissatisfaction in our customers, we try to talk with support but nothing was done.
