Não recomendo.
Poor service my notebook is 20 days, no one answers me, no one picks up the phone. I learned later from other reviewers that the place is awful.
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Total falta de profissionalismo e comprometimento. Fazem o orçamento dizendo que ficará pronto em no máximo 5 dias e não entregam no prazo. Você precisa ficar indo atrás e ligando pra saber se o computador vai ser arrumado, porque eles não lhe informam e não tem nenhum interesse em manter o cliente informado. Horrível, NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM
Terrible. Total lack of professionalism and commitment. They make the budget saying it will be ready in a maximum of 5 days and do not deliver on time. You need to keep going and calling to find out if the computer will be fixed, because they do not inform you and have no interest in keeping the customer informed. Horrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento que recebi por parte do técnico e da atendente foram péssimos. Ficou uma semana com meu notebook e ainda largou a máquina toda desmontada. Oito dias depois, fui buscar o aparelho já que eles não me deram retorno, descobri que a máquina estava desmontada e que ele só conseguirá me entregar o aparelho segunda. Estou extremamente desgostosa. Hoje está cada vez mais difícil encontrar alguém competente. Vou precisar que meu marido busque a máquina pra ver se eles respeitam mais.
Unfortunately the service I received from the technician and the attendant was terrible. He spent a week with my notebook and even left the machine all disassembled. Eight days later, I went to get the device since they didn't give me a return, I found out that the machine was dismantled and that he will only be able to deliver the device to me on Monday. I am extremely disgusted. Today it is increasingly difficult to find someone competent. I will need my husband to get the machine to see if they respect it more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um PC com eles e já era ruim. Em menos de 1 mês já deu problema, após o concerto ficou ainda pior! O PC não suporta duas páginas abertas que trava tudo!!
Atendimento horrível, tem q implorar para falar com eles , fora que tentei resolver o problema diversas vezes mas sem sucesso.
Não indico essa loja para ninguém!
I bought a PC from them and it was bad. In less than 1 month there was already a problem, after the concert it got even worse! PC does not support two open pages which locks everything!!
Horrible service, you have to beg to talk to them, besides that I tried to solve the problem several times but without success.
I do not recommend this store to anyone!

Ficaram quase dois meses com meu notebook sem me atender corretamente todas as vezes que solicitei orçamentos e data de entrega...
Deixei um notebook na loja no dia 21/01/22 e mantive contato desde então com a loja solicitando orçamentos e data de entrega... Entretanto até hoje (24/03/22) o notebook não foi consertado e não se encontra na loja para que eu consiga reave-lo... Simplesmente absurdo o que esta loja faz... APROPRIAÇÃO INDÉBITA DE EQUIPAMENTOS DOS CLIENTES... LAMENTÁVEL!!!

They spent almost two months with my notebook without answering me correctly every time I requested quotes and delivery date...
I left a notebook at the store on 01/21/22 and kept in touch with the store since then requesting quotes and delivery date... However, until today (03/24/22) the notebook has not been fixed and is not in the store so that I can get it back... It's just absurd what this store does... MISAPPROPRIATION OF EQUIPMENT FROM CUSTOMERS... DISGUSTING!!!
