Fiz contato depois de uns dois dias e disseram que providenciariam o orçamento o mais rápido. No quarto dia útil se comprometeram a enviar o orçamento até o fim do dia e não cumpriram. Tive de buscar o computador sem conserto e levar em outra loja.
Unfortunately the experience was very bad. I left a computer for repair. I was not informed that the deadline for the budget was 03 to 05 days. I made contact after a couple of days and they said they would provide the quote as soon as possible. On the fourth business day, they committed to sending the budget by the end of the day and they did not comply. I had to get the computer without repair and take it to another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, eu levei a minha impressora para corrigir a impressão colorida, demoram 41 dias quando me entregaram não fiquei com ela nem 10 dias e a levei novamente. Aí demoraram mais 44 dias me entregaram com um impresso supostamente sendo dela, mas ao chegar em casa, além de não corrigirem a impressão colorida, ainda parado a impressão preto e branco.
Terrible, I took my printer to correct the color printing, it took 41 days when they delivered it to me, I didn't keep it even 10 days and I took it again. Then it took another 44 days, they delivered me with a form supposedly being hers, but when I got home, in addition to not correcting the color printing, the black and white printing still stopped.
