É um absurdo o descaso com a entrega dessa loja.
A cada semana que passa o produto vai chegar e eu fingindo que acredito neh.
Me deram uma nova data para o produto chegar no depósito, enquanto houver tempo eles vão enrolando.
A loja tem um excelente atendimento e produtos lindos, mas SÓ COMPREM SE TIVER O PRODUTO EM LOJA CASO CONTRÁRIO VOCÊ TERÁ DOR DE CABEÇA.
DESREITO TOTAL.
NÃO CUMPRE O PRAZO ESTABELECIDO.
PÓS VENDA HORRÍVEL.
DO NOT BUY PRODUCT IN THIS STORE IF IT IS NOT IN STOCK, IF IT COMES FROM THE FACTORY. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FOOLED EVERY WEEK WITH A CONVERSATION.

O sofá da marca que eu comprei um LIXO. Ainda bem que fiz garantia estendida, o seguro devolveu o dinheiro, mas não foi corrigido. Esse valor foi de agosto de 21.
Mas não tive dificuldade para resolver, com o seguro.
Mas a funcionária TÃO SOLÍCITA que me vendeu.
Não foi NADA SILICITA na hora da troca.
O nome dela é Layse, da parte dela não tive ajuda nenhuma. Nem pra olhar se tinha o mesmo sofá para a troca, ela não foi capaz de prestar em favor.
