★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido e ótimo . Local com estacionamento amplo. Instalaram a bateria sem desconfigurar os sistemas elétricos do carro. Preço médio. Gostei de saber que existe uma fiscalização pesada nessa loja ( logística reversa obrigatória).
 Fast and great service. Local with ample parking. They installed the battery without disconfiguring the car's electrical systems. Average price. I liked knowing that there is a heavy inspection in this store (obligatory reverse logistics).

. RELUTARAM NÃO QUERIAM TROCAR ALEGANDO QUE NAO ERA A BATERIA PASSANDO POR CIMA DO MEU DIREITO. FOI EXIGIDO O PGTO ADIANTADO DE MAIS $200 PARA EFETUAR A TROCA. RESUMINDO.. UMA BATERIA QUE VALIA $650 TIVE QUE PG $750. ME SENTI E DESRESPEITADA NOS MEUS DIREITOS. COM 2 MESES MAIS OU MENOS DE USO POR ERRO DELES PG CARO. . REFUSED NOT WANTING TO CHANGE ALLEGING THAT IT WAS NOT THE BATTERY GOING OVER MY RIGHT. A $200 ADVANCE PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE. SUMMARY.. A BATTERY WORTH $650 HAD TO PG $750. I FELT AND DISRESPECTED MY RIGHTS. WITH 2 MONTHS MORE OR LESS OF USE BY THEM ERROR PG DEAR. I WAS LEZED, I PAID MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH AND IT WAS NOT MINE. THIS FIRM IS NOT TRUSTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cerca de 2 anos atrás comprei uma bateria Moura para o meu carro nesta loja e o motoboy foi até a minha residência levar e instalar. 8 meses depois percebi que a bateria estava vazando, o que não é normal dentro de uma condição de bateria como a Moura. Retornei a loja com o veículo e mostrei a um atendente o problema. O funcionário alegou que era normal já que o motor esquenta. Informei a ele que nunca havia acontecido aquilo. O funcionário colocou uma "capinha" na minha bateria, falou que não tinha problema nenhum aquilo acontecer, me agradeceu pela visita e foi atender outro cliente sem solucionar o meu problema. Em contato com o fabricante, o mesmo informou que não é normal o vazamento em seus produtos a não ser que tenha sido adulterado (de qualquer jeito haveria a necessidade de avaliar a bateria antes de tirar qualquer conclusão), para eu procurar o revendedor e reclamar para que fosse avaliado o motivo e quem sabe até a troca da bateria. Como eu já havia procurado a revendedora e me senti "enrolado" pelo funcionário, resolvi não correr mais riscos e não arrumar confusão com a loja. Estou indignado até hoje.
About 2 years ago I bought a Moura battery for my car in this store and the motoboy went to my house to take it and install it. 8 months later I noticed that the battery was leaking, which is not normal in a battery condition like Moura. I returned to the store with the vehicle and showed an attendant the problem. The employee claimed it was normal as the engine heats up. I informed him that this had never happened. The employee put a "cap" on my battery, said there was no problem for that to happen, thanked me for visiting and went to serve another customer without solving my problem. In contact with the manufacturer, he informed that it is not normal for their products to leak unless it has been tampered with (in any case, there would be a need to evaluate the battery before drawing any conclusion), so I could go to the dealer and complain so that the reason could be evaluated and maybe even the battery change. As I had already looked for the dealer and I felt "tangled up" by the employee, I decided not to take any more risks and not get in trouble with the store. I am outraged to this day.
