★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente da casa, até que hoje fiz um pedido em que 1 hora depois fui saber que o motoboy do ifood tinha dado como endereço nao localizado. O gerente da loja, Jonathan, pediu mil desculpas e disse q ia fazer um pedido novo com cortesia, que seria entregue pelo proprio motoboy da casa. Como gostava da loja e sabia q esse nao era o padrão, agradeci, disse q aceitaria e q ficaria no aguardo. Com meio hora de espera mandei uma msg para saber o status do pedido, ninguem respondeu. 1 hora depois, cancelaram meu pedido sem qualquer justificativa. Conclusão, 2 horas esperando, com fome e aflita, sem resposta, para o pedido nao ser entregue. Ótimo atendimento ao cliente, maior descaso.
 I've always been a customer of the house, until today I made an order in which 1 hour later I found out that the ifood motoboy had given the address not found. The store manager, Jonathan, apologized and said he was going to make a new order with courtesy, which would be delivered by the house's own motoboy. As I liked the store and knew that this was not the standard, I thanked it, said that I would accept it and that I would wait. After half an hour of waiting I sent a message to know the status of the order, no one responded. 1 hour later they canceled my order without any reason. Conclusion, 2 hours waiting, hungry and distressed, with no response, for the order not to be delivered. Great customer service, biggest disregard.
