★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demora muito, não atende o telefone, não presta, gente um dica que vou dá a vocês, não vale a pena fazer fisioterapia pelo plano, a fisioterapia no máximo dura 20 minutos, muito rápido, lotado de gente demanda muito alta, vc não se sente bem tratada a fazer uma fisioterapia de qualidade tá é longe, então a dica que eu dou contrate uma fisioterapia particular vale muito a pena gasta mais um dinheiro numa fisioterapia de qualidade, eu contratei um fisioterapeuta, Fisioterapia domiciliar , atendimento personalizado e individualizado, não tem espera na fila, o atendimento dura 1 hora não é como no Hapvida que dura no máximo 20 mim , todos os equipamentos necessário, pontualidade, eficiência e resultado, as vezes vale mais a pena ! O plano desse vale de nada ! Prefiro um atendimento de excelência, fiquei boazinha da minha tendinite graças a deus.
