Sair de Salvador com meu filho para realizar um exame e fiquei muito feliz por saber q na cidade de Alagoinhas o Hapvida têm funcionários que exercem seu serviço com alta qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da facilidade de fazer exame para covid, e demais serviços, caso vc perca sua carteirinha tira uma outra lá na máquina muito simples e rápido, acho que eles estão cada dia melhor.

Demora para resultados de exames, ultrassom, solicitação e autorização, os clientes ficam reféns do sistema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, recepcionista atendeu outro paciente antes de mim, e não era prioridade, cheguei cedo, meu atendimento estava agendado para às 08:30 fui atendida às 10hrs e colocaram 4 pacientes antes de mim, sendo que eu era para ser atendida antes deles, principalmente pela ordem da senha e agendamento. Precisam melhorar muito, a recepção da frente com poucos acentos, espaço muito apertado, ar condicionado gelado, muito desconforto. Tinham pacientes reclamando sobre o mal atendimento, não foi só eu que não aprovei o ambiente. Sinceramente, vou evitar ter que ir lá...
I did not like the service, the receptionist saw another patient before me, and it was not a priority, I arrived early, my service was scheduled for 8:30 am I was attended at 10 am and they put 4 patients before me, and I was to be seen before of them, mainly by password and scheduling order. They need to improve a lot, the front reception with few accents, very tight space, cold air conditioning, a lot of discomfort.
