Um absurdo aguardar mais de 3hs em uma consulta marcada.

Além de toda espera, ainda tive que esperar representante de medicamento entrar na sala ser atendido na minha frente que já estava a 3hs esperando

Depois cheguei de 13h15 para consulta e sou atendida na recepção às 14h15 por ausência de funcionariado na recepção. Não fui a única em reclamar. É uma clinica que não respeitou meu tempo e direito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, excelente ambiente e grandes profissionais mas precisam melhorar muito no atendimento. Fui com o meu tio que tem 85 anos que possui deficiência visual fazer o ecocardiograma, cheguei por volta das 12:40 conseguimos realizar o exame as 16:40 após muita reclamação onde não havia prioridade alguma no atendimento. Precisam melhorar nesse ponto principalmente no atendimento Prioritário.
Well located, excellent environment and great professionals but they need to improve a lot in service. I went with my uncle who is 85 years old who has a visual impairment to do the echocardiogram, I arrived around 12:40 we were able to perform the exam at 16:40 after a lot of complaints where there was no priority in the service. They need to improve on this point, especially in the Priority service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o prazer de ser atendida pela Drª Helenira, profissional maravilhosa, que sabe ouvir o paciente, atualizada nos melhores medicamentos, procurando sempre o melhor para seus pacientes. Recepcionistas Rose e Flávia muito educadas e super atenciosas. O tempo de espera é como em todo lugar, temos que nos colocar no lugar do outro e entender que talvez uma consulta demore mais que outra. Voltarei com toda certeza.
I had the pleasure of being attended by Dr. Helenira, a wonderful professional, who knows how to listen to the patient, updated on the best medicines, always looking for the best for her patients. Receptionists Rose and Flávia very polite and super attentive. Waiting time is like everywhere, we have to put ourselves in the other person's shoes and understand that maybe one appointment takes longer than another. I will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!!! Passei 3 horas e meia aguardando para ser chamada para minha consulta apenas para mostrar 1 exame. A clínica é completamente desorganizada!!!As recepcionistas são extremamente despreparadas, passam informações contraditorias e não tem nenhuma preocupação com o paciente. Nunca fui em uma clínica para aguardar tanto tempo para ser atendida. Só estou dando 1 estrela porque o google obriga para poder postar o comentário, caso contrário não daria NENHUMA! Não voltarei e não recomendo.
EDIT. Fiz essa avaliação e a resposta da clínica foi complementamente incoerente. Em momento algum mencionei sobre uso de máscara na minha avaliação. Acredito que está ocorrendo um problema de leitura e interpretação de texto por parte do proprietário que responde as avaliações no google.
No lugar de justificar o péssimo atendimento, poderiam buscar alternativas para melhorar.
Terrible attendance!!!! I spent 3 and a half hours waiting to be called for my appointment just to show 1 exam. The clinic is completely disorganized!!! The receptionists are extremely unprepared, they give contradictory information and have no concern for the patient. I have never been to a clinic to wait so long to be seen. I'm only giving 1 star because google forces it to post the comment, otherwise I wouldn't give ANY! I won't be back and I don't recommend it.
EDIT I made this assessment and the clinic's response was completely incoherent. At no time did I mention wearing a mask in my review. I believe there is a problem reading and interpreting text on the part of the owner who responds to reviews on google.
Instead of justifying the bad service, they could look for alternatives to improve.
