★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha namorada a irmã dela e eu não fomos bem atendidos. A parte de atendimento deixou muito a desejar, tratamento totalmente diferente para nós em comparação a outros clientes que entravam na loja.
My girlfriend, her sister and I were not well attended. The service side left a lot to be desired, a totally different treatment for us compared to other customers who entered the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da loja… Moro na Alemanha e sempre que venho ao Brasil minha família nos presenteia (eu e o meu marido) com Havaianas. Como dessa vez as Havaianas ficaram muito justas resolvemos ir trocá-las hoje, pois voltamos segunda feira para casa. Uma atendente de óculos que estava atendendo nos recepcionou de forma péssima e fez pouco caso das nossas Havaianas, dizendo pros colegas que estavam usadas. Pegou as nossas Havaianas como se fosse lixo e ainda disse que eu teria que pagar uma diferença pois o mesmo modelo não estava disponível. Recebemos as Havaianas ONTEM de presente. Ela nos tratou muito mal e ainda debochou da nossa etiqueta de troca. Olhei pra ela e perguntei qual seria o Problema? E o porque ela estava com má vontade em nos atender… ela assustou e falou que não era nada. Eu peguei as Havaianas, sai da loja e disse que escreveria aqui. P É S S I M A. Espero que ela nunca mais faça isso com ninguém. PS. Infelizmente não sei o nome.
I just left the store… I live in Germany and whenever I come to Brazil my family (my husband and I) presents us with Havaianas. As this time the Havaianas were very tight, we decided to change them today, as we returned home Monday. A glasses attendant who was serving us received us in a terrible way and made light of our Havaianas, telling colleagues that they were used. He took our Havaianas as if they were garbage and even said that I would have to pay a difference because the same model was not available. We received the Havaianas YESTERDAY as a gift. She treated us very badly and even made fun of our trade etiquette. I looked at her and asked what was the problem? And because she was unwilling to attend to us… she freaked out and said it was nothing. I took the Havaianas, left the store and said I would write here. P E S S I M A. I hope she never does that to anyone again. PS. Unfortunately I don't know the name.
