Quem me conhece sabe minha paixão pela marca Zinzane , 90% do meu guarda roupa !! Adoro visitar as lojas dessa maravilhosa marca e raramente saio de mãos vazias mas sinceramente não entendo qual o problema da filial do Botafogo praia shopping .. não tem a mesma simpatia e a mesma energia boa que tem nas outras filiais ! Apesar de vendedoras super simpáticas como a Mary e a Thay fazerem a diferença as demais funcionárias parecem que não tem o mesmo talento ou a mesma simpatia e acabam fazendo os clientes fugirem !!
Estive lá ontem e não creio que retornarei por tão cedo! Fui trocar algumas peças que comprei antes de viajar e me senti super mal com a caras e bocas que fizeram apesar da Thay tentar amenizar a coisa com a simpatia de sempre . Me senti mal e fui embora .
Hoje fui informada que não vou poder trocar as peças pois a gerente não autorizou ??♀️
Enfim , uma filial nada a ver com a marca e com as outras filiais !!

Anyone who knows me knows my passion for the Zinzane brand, 90% of my wardrobe!! I love visiting the stores of this wonderful brand and I rarely leave empty-handed but I honestly don't understand what the problem is with the Botafogo Praia Shopping branch. Although super friendly salespeople like Mary and Thay make a difference, the other employees seem to not have the same talent or the same sympathy and end up making customers flee !!
I was there yesterday and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon! I went to change some pieces that I bought before traveling and I felt super bad with the faces and mouths they did, despite Thay trying to soften the thing with the usual sympathy. I felt bad and left.
Today I was informed that I won't be able to change the parts because the manager didn't authorize it ??♀️
Anyway , a branch has nothing to do with the brand and with the other branches !!
