Estava em fila única, fizeram duas filas, mas a q Eu estava não andava daí pedi uma atendente para ver o q estava acontecendo no caixa da minha fila a mesma começou a gritar igual a uma Louca.
O profissional q dizia ser o GERENTE por sua vez Não fez nada.
Os produtos são Maravilhosos claro(havaianas), mas o atendimento Péssimo.
Não recomendo.

I was in a single line, they made two lines, but when I was not walking then I asked an attendant to see what was happening in the box in my queue she started screaming like a Madwoman.
The professional who claimed to be the MANAGER in turn did nothing.
The products are Wonderful of course (Hawaiian), but the service poorly.
I do not recommend.
