I had to change the battery 2x because it was swelling, but the service was good and they solved the problem, luckily it was under warranty, until agr I had no more problems. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei muito ruim, muito desorganizado. Primeiro falaram que levaria 1 semana para consertar. Depois falaram que levaria 2 semanas e que entrariam em contato assim que estivesse pronto. Depois de 2 semanas e nada, resolvi ligar e então disseram que estava pronto. Quando fui retirar o aparelho, simplesmente me entregaram o aparelho como se estivesse tudo certo. Ao verificar o aparelho, notei que o aparelho não tinha sido consertado. Daí então eles simplesmente disseram que não tinham conseguido consertar! Um descaso total. Não volto mais nesse lugar
I found it very bad, very disorganized. First they said it would take 1 week to fix it. Then they said it would take 2 weeks and they would get in touch as soon as it was ready. After 2 weeks and nothing, I decided to call and then they said it was ready. When I went to remove the device, they simply handed me the device as if everything was right. When checking the device, I noticed that the device had not been repaired. Then they just said they couldn't fix it! Total neglect. I'm not going back to that place
