★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é excelente, ótima qualidade nos Salgados e bebida, o panetone é o melhor que já comi. Porém, conheço bem o atendimento das cafeteiras Havanna desde de Buenos Aires a Brasília, infelizmente o de Palmas ficamos horas para ser atendido, atendem pessoas que chegam depois , ficam todas as atendentes dentro do espaço , olham o cliente mas ignoram. E quando a achamos mandam aguardar mesmo sem estar o ocupada. Esperei tanto ela chegar em Palmas! Outro dia fui comprar uma lata de panetone, o pó de café e tomar um chá tive que esperar 30 min , pois atenderam duas mesas que chegaram depois!
The place is excellent, great quality in Salgados and drinks, the panettone is the best I've ever eaten. However, I know the service provided by Havanna coffee makers from Buenos Aires to Brasília, unfortunately, in Palmas we spend hours to be served, they serve people who arrive later, all the attendants are inside the space, they look at the customer but ignore it. And when we find it, they tell it to wait even though it's not busy. I waited so long for her to arrive in Palmas! The other day I went to buy a can of Panettone, the coffee powder and have some tea, I had to wait 30 minutes, as they attended two tables that arrived later!
