★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra fazer um simples eco de carótidas esperei mais de 2 horas. Todos os pacientes que estavam fazendo exames (qualquer exame) estavam esperando muito tempo. Ninguém aguardou menos de 1:30. Absurdo. Não volto mais.
To make a simple carotid echo I waited more than 2 hours. All patients who were having tests (any test) were waiting a long time. Nobody waited less than 1:30. Absurd. I'm not coming back.

Todo mundo sentado um do lado do outro.. nenhum funcionário ligava pra nada nos cuidados.. fui pra lá achando que era mais organizado e me arrependi de não ter voltado na mesma hora pra casa, não sei oq deu na minha cabeça.. agora estou aqui muito nervoso! Não saia de casa pra nada e procurei na internet uma clínica apenas pro coração uma que não tivesse fazendo teste pro covid, mas se eu soubesse teria vindo em uma que tem aqui perto de casa.. pior mesmo e ter muita gente!! Nossa tou muito mal agora tomare que eu fique bem e não seja nada, ansiedade já ataca ?????

I went there thinking I was more organized and I regretted not having returned home at the same time, I don't know what came into my head... now I'm very nervous here! Don't leave the house for anything and I searched the internet for a clinic just for the heart, one that hadn't been tested for the covid, but if I knew I would have come to one that is close to my house... even worse and having a lot of people!! Wow, I'm very bad now, I hope I'm fine and it's nothing, anxiety is already attacking ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estou a 20 minutos aguardando o telefone atender, só ouvindo a mensagem eletrônica dizendo “a sua ligação é muito importante para nós, por isso em alguns segundos ela será completada, por favor aguarde”.
Que piada.
I've been waiting 20 minutes for the phone to answer, just hearing the email saying “your call is very important to us, so in a few seconds it will be completed, please wait”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone do #hccardio É #pessimo. Não atende e quando atende desligam na sua cara. Pelo whatsapp também parece ser um robô pois têm questões que não consegue responder. Acho que esse modelo estressante do não atendimento já deve ser o teste pro coração!! Enfim, a hc cardio não se preocupar com essas reclamações e fatos pois vi que outros clientes fazem a mesma reclamação.
#hccardio's phone service is #bad. You don't answer and when you answer they hang up on you. By whatsapp it also seems to be a robot because they have questions that it can't answer. I think this stressful model of non-attendance must already be the test for the heart!! Anyway, hc cardio doesn't worry about these complaints and facts because I saw that other customers make the same complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra conseguir agendar por telefone, só por milagre. O mesmo número que atende com a gravação e te põe na fila, por vezes dá como inexistente ou não disponível. Quando consegue contato, a chance de ficar mudo ou cair é enorme. Está bem precário o contato telefônico, provável defeito de serviço de telefonia voip.
Já o atendimento presencial, achei muito bom e organizado.
To be able to schedule by phone, just by miracle. The same number that answers with the recording and puts you in the queue, sometimes it says non-existent or not available. When you make contact, the chance of being muted or falling down is enormous. The telephone contact is very precarious, probable defect of the voip telephony service.
As for the face-to-face service, I found it very good and organized.
