O suporte é a pior parte sem noção nenhuma demora responder te responde depois te deixa esperando
Ou seja é uma caquinha. Todo feriado a internet cai e não tem plantão de suporte ou seja só no próximo dia pra resolver.

Support is the worst part with no notion no delay answer you answer then it leaves you waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet em si, quando funciona é boa. Porém muito instável. Vc sempre tem que ter pelo menos outro acesso a internet.. quando são contatados não respondem, e quando respondem demoram a dar um posicionamento. Sempre pra resolver o problema é o mesmo processo, ligar e desligar o roteador. Todas as vezes que solicito uma visita técnica, o técnico sequer toca nos aparelhos, isso quando vem no mesmo dia. Realmente está deixando muito a desejar.
The internet itself, when it works, is good. However very unstable. You always have to have at least another access to the internet .. when they are contacted they do not respond, and when they do respond, they take time to give a position. Always solving the problem is the same process, turning the router on and off. Every time I request a technical visit, the technician doesn't even touch the devices, when he comes on the same day. It really is leaving a lot to be desired.
